UPDATED (see photo): Kimberly Ann Alderman, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 11, charged with battery ($1,000 bond). According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 40 West and Lori St. in Inglis, due to a witness reporting that two women were fighting near the roadway, that a woman with blonde hair was holding down a woman with brown hair and they were both struggling; she said they both had left the area. Deputies located one of the women, the woman with the brown hair, who had dirt on her back and arms, scratches to her neck and red marks on her body. She said that she and Alderman had started walking toward the town of Inglis, and they'd gotten into another fight, and a relative of Alderman had stopped and given Alderman a ride into town. The deputies located Aderman at an Inglis business. She also described the fight, but had no marks on her body. Due to Alderman having no injuries and the statement of the witness, she was taken into custody.

UPDATED (see photo): John Nicholas Arcangeli, 39, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with domestic battery by strangulation ($100,000 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim said that Arcangeli had choked her in a bedroom, and she then went into the living room, where he choked her a scond time, slamming her head against a window, breaking it. As the result of the victim yelling for someone to call 911, another person at the residence contacted 911. After the incident, Arcangeli had left with a friend. The report stated that the victim had red marks around her throat, consistent with finger marks, and abrasions where it appeared her skin had been broken by fingernails, and a window was broken. Arcangeli was located at a friend's hosue and taken into custody.

William Breuning, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 12, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

UPDATED (see photo):  Sheena Ybonne Bryant, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (no bond). The arrest report stated, that around 4:38 am, several calls to 911 reported a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 19 in Lebanon Station, north of Inglis, FL, almost causing collisions. A deputy located the vehicle in question, traveling 80 mph in a 65 mph speed zone. The driver was Ms. Bryant. The report stated that Ms. Bryant smelled of alcohol, and her speech was slurred. She submitted to roadside sobreity testing and performed poorly. She was taken into custody. At the Levy County Detention Bureau, her breath alcohol measured 0.118 and 0.123 (the legal limit is 0.08).

Todd Alan Cook, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 13, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance ($1,500 bond).

George Kenneth Elwood, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 11, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($10,000 bond) and failure to appear in court (no bond).

Ralph Edward Filoso, 64, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs - up to a fourth repeat offense, refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension, and driving while license suspended - second offense ($110,000 bond).

Gary D. Goldstein, 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 11, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (release on his own recognizance bond).

Gary David Goldstein, 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, charged with battery ($500 bond).

Jeremy Haggerty, 47, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with disturbing the peace ($5,000 bond).

Jocelyn Skye Hanna, 30, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 11, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond).

Ashley Michelle Hartley, 32, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12, on an out of county warrant (no bond). 

Jerry Harvin, 56, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($200 bond).

Aaron Scott Hornsby, 38, of Cape Coral, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 14, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, third violation within ten years; and refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension ($55,000 bond).

Kyle Alexander Kirkland, 33, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 14, charged with failing to notify the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles of a change of address, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

UPDATED (see photo): John Keith Komoroski, 49, of Gulfport, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Oct. 13, on numerous charges. According to the LCSO, about 6:30 am, deputies responded to SE State Road 121, in Morriston, FL, due to a report of a suspicious person with a firearm. According to the arrest report, Komorowski had walked onto a private property in the Morriston area, jumped into the bed of the victims' pickup truck, near a school bus stop location where the victim had just dropped off some children, and demanded that the victim drive him to County Road 337. The victim refused, told Komorowski to get out of his truck, and Komorowski began walking north on SR 121. The victim called his son and told him to bring his AR rifle. After the children had been picked up by the school bus, Komorowski returned to the victim's residence, again demaning to be driven to CR 337. The victim shot his AR rifle, twice into the ground, as a warning to Komorowski, who then fired a shot from a stolen gun toward the victim. No one was injured, and the victim called 911 to request the assistance of law enforcement. Komorowski had left the scene of the incident, but returned to the scene near the time deputies arrived. Komorowski was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of a handgun and wallet he'd stolen from the vehicle of the victim's son, and 3.5 grams of methamphetamine.
        Komorowski was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, carrying a concealed weapon or firearm, and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon (release on his own recognizance bond). He was also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of a weapon or ammunition in violation of a final injunction while stalking or cyberstalking; armed burglary of a dwelling, structure or conveyance; grand theft of a firearm, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($550,000 bond).

Kandance Diane Latson, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 9, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense (release on her own recognizance bond).

Luis Omar Lopez, 43, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with probation violation (no bond).

UPDATED (see photos): Two people were arrested by the  Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, during a traffic stop that was consucted in the parking lot of the NAPA Auto Parts store, located at 24 U.S. Highway 19, in Inglis, FL, due to a red Dodge pickup truck failing to stay within its lane of travel and straddling the white line near the shoulder of the roadway. The driver was Mindy Marie McCoy, 41, of New Port Richey, FL, and the passenger was Charles Ronald Mercer, 61. of Inglis, FL. The arrest report stated that McCoy was very upset, and Mercer gave deputies permission to search the vehicle. During the search, deputies located a bag of methamphetamine in Mr. Mercer's pocket, two bags of methamphetamine on the driver's side floorboard, and a glass smoking pipe inside Ms. McCoy's purse.
        Mindy McCoy was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($30,000 bond). 
        Charles Mercer was charged with trafficking in 14 grams or more of methamphetamine ($25,000 bond).

Glennaita McReynolds, 35, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 5, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Oct. 11, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Nikki Lyn Merritt, 23, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12, charged with fraud by illegal use of a credit card more than two times within six months to obtain goods or money in the amount of $100 or more, and use of a scan device or payment card to defraud, first offense ($15,000 bond).

Richard Messling, 51, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with battery ($1,000 bond),

Christina Leigh Meyer, 49, of Chiefland, FL, was held at the Levy County Detention Bureau, Oct. 13, for court (no bond).

David Wayne Nichols, 58, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, charged with battery (no bond).

Georgianna Barnes Paul, 41, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Pedro Antonio Perez, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Allan Ramirez-Perez, 19, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 11, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($1,000 bond).

Trey Allen Risker, 29, of Micco, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Dakota Patrick Robertson, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in pursuit with activated lights and sirens ($50,000 bond).

Wade Gene Russell, 54, of Winter Garden, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Lorenzo Sims, 56, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Henry Diam Singleton, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 13, charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a violent career criminal, petit theft from a merchant - second offense, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($28,500 bond).

Stephen Christopher Smith, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with battery (release on his own recognizance bond).

Katie Faye Steele, 32, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

James Rudolph Williams, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 14, charged with reckless driving - first offense, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana ($30,000 bond).
