UPDATED: Jason Eric Adams, 28, of Inglis, FL, was arrested, Sept. 26, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($100,000 bond). The incident occurred during the night of Sept. 19, 2023. Adams is accused of striking the victim with a metal pipe, several times to the back of his head, leaving contusions. According to the arrest report, Adams was not present when a deputy arrived at the scene of the incident in response to the call for service, but according to the victim and a witness, the incident was unprovoked.
Amber Lynn Allard, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 1, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older (no bond).
UPDATED: Kyle Aaron Chandler, 19, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 29, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property greater than $200 but less than $1,000 (release on his own recognizanace bond). He's accused of damaging a window air conditioner (AC) unit. The report stated that the owners of an Inglis home left their residence for about an hour and returned home to find that a window AC unit had been found on the ground, damaged. The report stated that it appeared that the AC unit had been pushed from the inside of the home to the outside, and it also appeared that it had been struck several times. Three people had been present inside the home while the home owners were gone; two of them told a deputy they'd been playing a video game in the same room and had heard loud banging noises, but they had not seen what had made the noises. Another person, who was outside at the time of the incident, told the deputy that he'd heard a crash-type noise and found the AC unit on the ground, and he'd picked it up and placed it in a boat. He said he'd not witnessed what had occurred with the air conditioner. Chandler, who was inside the home at the time the AC was damaged, was considered the suspect.
UPDATED: Patricia Jolene Chandler, 42, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 29, charged with child abuse without great bodily harm (release on her own recognizance bond). She's accused of pushing a juvenile, which was witnessed by another person. The report stated that the juvenile had no marks on his body. Chandler told the deputy that she was upset by an incident that had occurred earlier in the day, and she'd pushed the juvenile because he'd placed his head on her.
Kimberly Daniels, 52, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 27, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($25,000 bond).
James Wade Deloach, 22, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 30, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on his own recognizance bond).
Christopher John Goldthorpe, 40, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Sept. 26, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
Alejandra Gonzalez, 24, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 30, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on her own recognizance bond).
Penelope Lea Hart, 63, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 26, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
UPDATED: Landon Chase Hawthorne, 19, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 25, charged with child abuse without great bodily harm (release on his own recognizance bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to the area of State Road 121 and County Road 336, north of Inglis, due to a call for service. The report stated that Hawthorne is accused of lunging at and tackling a 17 year-old youth and making threatening remarks to him about a knife. The incident was captured on several cell phone videos. The report stated, that in order to protect people on the scene of the incident, two people had tied Hawthone's hands, taken him to the location where deputies found him, then removed the hand restraints and reported the incident to law enforcement.

Jenifer Johnson, 53, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 28, charged with battery and child abuse without great bodily harm ($30,000 bond).
Edward Anthony Jones, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 27, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance (release on his own recognizance bond).
