UPDATED: Jamey Harold Waters, 49, of Hernando, FL, was charged with intentionally committing a sex act in the presence of an employee that does not involve actual physical or sexual contact with the victim ($2,000 bond). According to the arrest report regarding the incident, Waters was an inmate at a correctional facility when he exposed himself to another person and made an obscene gesture while being "belligerent and using foul language."

Jason Scott Flynn, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond) and resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
Joshua Lee Fleming, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, the agency was contacted to assist the Marion County Sheriff’s Office to pursue Fleming, who is accused of stealing a motor vehicle at a convenience store located on Marion County Road 484. Fleming fled from deputies and entered into Citrus County. On W. Dunnellon Rd. (CR 488) in Citrus County, Fleming abandoned the stolen vehicle and fled on foot. K-9 units tracked the suspect, and after a brief search, Fleming was apprehended and taken into custody off W. Riverbend Rd. in Dunnellon, FL (near Crystal River, FL).
