UPDATED: Bobby Gene Metz, 54, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning, resisting an officer with violence, battery of a law enforcement officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,000 bond). The arrest report stated, about 7:14 am, Mr. Metz was found walking around a property on E. Lemon St. in Beverly Hills where he'd been trespassed from on Oct. 3, 2021, and the trespass complaint had not been withdrawn. The report stated that a deputy found him walking around the property with a metal bar in his hand, which he placed on a table when the deputy made contact with him, and when the deputy attempted to take Metz into custody, they got into a struggle during which Metz struck the deputy's left arm with his left elbow, grabbed the deputy and attempted to strike him several times with a closed fist, and he also attempted to strike the deputy several times with a cinder block. Metz was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Carlos Manuel Gonzalez Perez, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).
Jerome Jacques Narada Bellman, 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).
Angela Elizabeth Moore, 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
