Jacob Scott Hughes, 32, of Lecanto, FL was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,500 bond).
Lyle Dillon Thompson, 26, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Stephen Charles Siegwald, 68, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked and driving under the influence ($15,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop in Homosassa, FL of a black four-door vehicle traveling east on W. Grover Cleveland Blvd., near S. Brian Pt., at 71 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. The report stated that driver Siegwald told the deputy he'd consumed alcohol several hours previously, that he smelled of alcohol, had glossy, bloodshot eyes, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing and refused to sumbit to breath alcohol testing, which he'd also refused previously, on July 27, 2015 and June 19, 2021.
Arblin Jashari, 23, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Jashari had been trespassed from the Bella Oasis Hotel, located at 4076 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, earlier int the day, and he returned to the location at 1:52 pm, althought he'd been instructed to not return to the property.
Tammy Liptak, 54, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was dispatched to 10024 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness (East Cove Auto Center.) to conduct a wellbeing check. The report stated that Ms. Liptak had dropped by the business to have mechanical work performed on her vehicle, and she began scratching her head and face, complaining of bugs crawling on her body. The report stated that Ms. Liptak requested that emergency medical services be contacted to check her medical condition, and while Ms. Liptak was being evaluated by medical personnel, she gave a deputy permission to search her purse, and the deputy located 3.2 grams of methamphetamine inside it.
Jack Allen Smith, 47, of Ocala, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($3,000 bond).
Charity Monque Boyd, 45, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Dillon James Meadows, 27, of Hernando, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($1.00 bond).
Christina Ann Garcia, 35, of Hernando, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Detention Facility on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a license expired for more than six months ($2,000 bond).
Ronald Loran Glover, Jr., 36, of Crystal River, FL was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($25,000 bond). A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 6300 block of W. Tangerine Ln. in Crystal River, due to the report of a suspicious vehicle. A deputy arrived to find a white 2010 Ford F150 pickup truck parked in the right of way in front of the residence, and the driver (Mr. Glover) asleep, with several bags of what was later determined to be methamphetamne in clear view, inside the vehicle, according to the report. A search of the vehicle turned up numerous syringes, some with liquid inside them, and four bags of methamphetamine. The vehicle has been reported as stolen from Texas County, Missouri. The deputy also found six 0.380-cailber bullets and a Bryco Model 58, 0.380-caliber firearm inside the vehicle. The report stated that Mr. Glover is a convicted felon, and he had registered as a convicted felon in Citrus County, FL in 2016.

Matthew John Hon, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Jeffrey Scott Curtis, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with battery, resisting an officer with violence, and two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer (no bond). A deputy was dispatched to the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, with the complaint that Mr. Curtis had got into an argument with a woman who was standing outside her vehicle in the curbside pickup area, during which he allegedly spewed obscenities, spat on her face, then slapped her with an open hand to the right side of her face and right ear. The victim's account of the incident was corroborated by a witness and the store's surveillance. After the incident, Mr. Curtis left the store in a blue Toyota Prius. The victim told deputies that Mr. Curtis is her neighbor, that he was upset because he believes she took his cat approximately two weeks previously. The victim told deputies where Curtis lives, and they went to his home, where Curtis complained of chest pains, and emergency medical services (EMS) was contacted. Curtis, according to the report, told EMS personnel that he didn't need their services, that he'd complained of chest pains because he didn't feel the deputies were "real cops." The report stated that Curtis attempted to close the door, but a deputy blocked the door with his foot, and when the two deputies attempted to pull him from the home to place him under arrest, he fought with them, but was eventaully taken into custody. The report stated that Mr. Curtis threw himself from the patrol vehicle onto the pavement, complaining of chest pain, and he was transported to a local hospital where he was admitted, but discharged the following day and placed under arrest.
Joseph Michael Auger, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with public disorderly intoxication or endangering another person while intoxicated ($500 bond).
Raul Nicolas Marcos-Guzman, 39, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). While shopping at the Walmart store located at 1936 S. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, Mr. Marxos-Guzman is accused of removing a set of bluetooth ear buds from its packaging and concealing the ear buds on his person, then of scanning and paying for other merchandise at the self checkout area, but not scanning or paying for the ear buds.
Billy Joe Roseberry, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with sexual battery of a person age 18 or older without consent or force, criminal mischief of $200 or less, trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance, and burglary with battery ($36,500 bond).
Jeffrey Allen Smith, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied residence and criminal mischief with damages of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($11,000 bond).
Bryan James Reed, 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Christopher Edward Pearson, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Justin Wyatt, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Bonnie Jean Cardona, 43, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Thomas Robert Cardona, 46, at large in the Inverness, FL area, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Samuel David Gustafson, 21, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked and driving under the influence ($1,500 bond). The report stated that a white two-door vehicle was parked on the sidewalk near 750 NE 5th St. in Crystal River, FL, with the keys in the ignition and the ignition on, and the driver, Mr. Gustafson, was slurring his words, smelled of alcohol, and admitted to a deputy he'd consumed alcohol earlier in the evening. The report stated that he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.150 and 0.149 (the legal limit is 0.08).
Rodney Laverne Montag, 55, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Richard Deandre Henry, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at the intersection of Rose Ave. and S. Monroe St. in Beverly Hills, on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment warrant for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).
Christopher Jason Egbert, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense and failing to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Mark Russell Nichols, 42, of Floral City, FL, was arrested in the 4600 block of N. Candor Terrace in Hernando, FL, on a Lake County, FL writ of bodily attachment warrrant for failure to pay child support ($678 cash purge bond).
John A. Cecala, 56, of New Port Richey, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy conducted a traffic stop in Inverness, FL on a white Nissan Versa, traveling north on South U.S. Hwy. 41 (S. Florida Ave.) due to the vehicle coming to a complete stop at the intersection of E. Inverness Blvd. where there is no stop sign. The driver, Mr. Cecala, who had the smell of alcohol on his breath, told the deputy he'd consumed two beers, about 20 to 30 minutes previously, at a bar in Dade City, according to the report. The report stated that Mr. Cecala performed poorly on roadside sobriety tesdting, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.127 and 0.119 (the legal limit is 0.08).
Ashley Renee Bidwell, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment warrant ($2,177 bond). She was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).
Andrew Douglas Gore, 31, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (due to two or more previous theft convictions) with his bond set at $2,000.
Jimmy Jay Ritchie, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and animal cruelty ($3,000 bond). According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to Mr. Ritchie's home due to the complaint of a disturbance, possibly involving a firearm. The victim told a deputy that he was on a 32 foot ladder, doing work in Mr. Ritchie's yard on internet cable lines, when he heard a a dog "screaming" and yelping. He said that Mr. Ritchie was holding a dog, with the dog's back against his stomach and his hands under the dog's legs, and threw the dog against the porch wall. The victim said Ritchie yelled at him to keep working and mind his own business, and he soon heard loud noises and was in fear of his life. He said falling from the ladder could have killed him. The report stated that the victim was obviously shaken, trembling in fear, that when the deputy arrived, Mr. Ritchie was on the front porch and went inside when he saw the deputy, but exited the home when the deputy asked to speak with him. The report stated that expended bottle-rocket type fireworks were in the front/south side of the residence, and a black pellet rifle was on the front porch by the door. Mr. Ritchie's statement were redacted from the arrest report.

Jonathan Velazquez, 27, of Citra, FL, was arrested in the parking lot of the Publix grocery store, located in Springs Plaza at 3942 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, on a Marion County, FL warrant for shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling or conveyance and battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($12,000 bond).

He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Michael Joseph Howell, II, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Andrew P. Marsh, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal use of personal identification information and grand theft of $5,000 or more, but less than $10,000 ($3,000 bond). The victim reported, while she'd been admitted into a nursing facility, 146 unauthorized transactions totaling $6,369.55 had been made from her SunTrust Bank and Bank of America accounts. The arrest report stated that Mr. Marsh, who had stayed at the victim's home during the time she'd been at the nursing facility, told a deputy that he'd gotten the bank account information from the victim's mail, which he'd opened to obtain her account information, and he'd changed the email and phone number of the accounts in order to access the victim's funds, which he'd used to purchase methampheteamine, online games and items from several websites such as Wish.com and eBay.com.

Ronte Brenard Mitchell, 26, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Duty Office and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer) with his bond set at none.
Sean Joseph Clifford, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with two counts of felony battery ($5,000 bond). A deputy was dispatched to the Spin City Laundromat, located at 423 SE Kings Bay Dr. in Crystal River, FL, due to the report of a physical disturbance in the parking lot. When the deputy arrived, Mr. Clifford was riding a bicycle away from the area, traveling west on SE Kings Bay Dr., but he was detained by the deputy when the female victim waved at the deputy while pointing toward Mr. Clifford. The male victim told the deputy he was picking up the female victim when Mr. Cilfford began whistling at his dog, and he and Clifford got into a heated argument. According to the victims, Clifford was stating obscenities and continued to call the dog, and female victim told Mr. Clifford to leave because he was causing trouble, and the argument became more heated and Clifford allegedly punched the man several times on his face, which took him to he ground, where Clifford allegedly punched the victim several additional times to his face. The deputy documented that the male victim had small abrasions with fresh blood to his face and cheeks. The female victim told the deputy, while she was trying to break up the fight, that Clifford had grabbed her lower right arm and twisted it, causing a "huge pain" to her arm; she complained that she could not move her arm and needed medical attention. The deputy documented a large swollen area to the female victim's arm, along with several bruises.

Anthony Alex Castillo, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with previous convictions ($5,000 bond).
David Lewis Cash, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Troy James Shannon, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (due to two previous theft convictions) with his bond set at $2,000. Mr. Shannon is accused of concealing two pairs of gloves inside his shorts while shopping at the Walmart store, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL, then leaving the store without paying for the gloves, and then come coming back inside the store and returning the gloves in exchange for a gift card in the amount of $57.16. The report stated that Mr. Shannon had been convicted of theft on Sept. 26, 2010 and Dec. 16, 2010.
Patricia Ann St. Hilaire, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 Highway 41 N. in Inverness, FL on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for felony petit theft) with her bond set at none.
Robert Joseph Ferguson, 34, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two writs of bodily attachment, each with a bond of $1,178.

David Michael Cole, 31, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at a Roosevelt Blvd., Beverly Hills, FL residence on a Seminole County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.
John Louis La Marca, 71, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with failing to report to law enforcement that he'd established a residence in the state of Florida as a sex offender ($5,000 bond). The report stated that the Citrus County Sheriff's Office was contacted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Sexual Offender and Predator Unit that the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provided information that Mr. La Marca, a registered sex offender in the State of New York, was residing in Citrus County, FL. Detectives verified that Mr. La Marca had purchased a home in Beverly Hills on March 31, 2020 and obtained a Florida Driver's License on March 13, 2019, and also learned he'd received local traffic citations on June 27, 2019 and Oct. 30, 2020. The report also stated that La Marca had never registered with the State of Florida as a sexual offender, although he'd signed a document in New York on July 7, 2003 that stated he must register as a sex offender, within ten days, if he relocated to another state.

Joshua Franklin Nixon, 43, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 Highway 41 N. in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft of more than $300, but less than $5,000) with his bond set at $1,000.
Kathleen Marie Mejias, 38, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence by being in possession of a firearm or ammunition (no bond).

Citrus Springs Blvd., due to the vehicle having an inoperable driver's side headlight. The report stated that the driver, Mr. Rivera Villanueva, has no valid driver's license.

Michael Edward Blair, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence, during a wellbeing check, on a Pasco County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence) with his bond set at $5,000.

Austin Craig Goldstrom, 28, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle, driven by Mr. Goldstrom, traveling north at 62 mph in a 45 mph speed zone on S. Florida Ave., near the intersection of E. Watson St., in Inverness, FL. The report stated that Mr. Goldstrom smelled of alcohol and cannabis, and he admitted he'd consumed alcohol, but stated he'd been with friends earlier who'd smoked cannabis and he had not smoked it. The report noted that there was an open beer container in the door compartment and a 12-pack of beer inside the vehicle, within reach of Mr. Goldstrom. The report stated that Mr. Goldstrom performed poorly on roadside sobriety testting, and he was placed under arrest, that his breath alcohol test results were 0.068 and 0.068 (below the legal limit of 0.08). but Goldstrom refused to submit to urine testing for other substances, the report stated.
