Zachary David Armlin, 27, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 26, charged with two counts of probation violation ($250 bond).

Cierra Bartges, 23 of Archer, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, Sept. 17, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Sept. 24, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Mikayla Omel Baxter-Jackson, 24, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 21, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense, with her bond set at credit for time served (none).

Sean Michael Beach, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 23, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense  ($1,000 bond).

April Beckham, 43, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 26, charged with battery causing bodiy harm (no bond). She's accused of battering one of the residents at a 102nd Terrace, Cedar Key residence. One resident told the deputy that when Ms. Beckman arrived at the residence she was not making sense. The victim told the deputy that Ms. Beckham questioned her as to why she was living at the residence, then threw a cup of coffee on her, dragged her down three porch steps and began pulling out clumps of her hair. The victim said that she pushed Beckham away from her, and she calmed down briefly, then Beckham again began pulling at her hair, and she then left the property. The deputy reported that the victim's dress was wet with coffee that was also splashed aross the washer and dryer, that there were seveal clumps of hair in the back yard and one clump of hair on the purch railing, and the victim had bruising to her nose, a couple of cuts to her right hand, along with sand and several scratches to her back.

Aaron Beshon, 19, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($31,000 bond).

James Boyd, 31, of Branford, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with withholding support of child, children or spouse ($170 cash-only bond) and possession of marijuana more than 20 grams ($15,000 bond).

Julia Brannin, 46, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 23, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Linda Burrill, 62, of Williston, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, Sept. 19, charged with battery, a second or subsequent offense ($10,000 bond).

Waylan John Campbell, 29, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Sept. 23, charged with driving while license suspended (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; trafficking in greater than 4 grams of a controlled substance, and possession of drug equipment ($277,000 bond). He was also charged with attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. According to the LCSO, a deputy was on patrol in the Whitfield Estates subdivision (located between Rosewood, FL and Chiefland, FL), due to numerous complaints by residents of thefts and illegal drug sales in the area. The deputy saw a truck with a heavily damaged windshield coming toward him that stopped in the middle of the road, and when the driver, Mr. Campbell, apparently noticed the deputy, he abruptly turned onto a side road, pulled into the driveway of a residence, exited the truck, and began running toward the back of the home. The deputy commanded Mr. Campbell to stop, and eventually used his taser (electronic stun weapon) to stop him. Campbell was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl and various items of drug paraphernalia, according to the press release. The press release also stated that William is a person of interest in numerous recent burglaries and thefts in the Rosewood, Cedar Key and south Chiefland, Florida areas. William Cunningham, IV, 53, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 24, charged with failure to appear in court ($4,000 bond).

Christopher Colt Fazio, Sr., 45, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 24, charged with battery.

Kimber Foster, 29, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with possesion of cocaine, three counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and destroying, fabricating or tampering with physical evidence ($122,000 bond).

Kara Lynn Gilbert, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 21, charged with fleeing from or eluding a police officer with disregard as to the safety or persons or property, and driving while license suspended, first offense ($11,000 bond).

Ashiki Nakish Griffin, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 22, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Corey Haley, 31, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 24, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release on a domestic violence charge, simple assault with threat to do violence and burglary with assault or battery ($55,000 bond).

Adam Harris, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 22, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Melvin Douglas Holder, 60, possibly of Fanning Sprrings, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment ($31,000 bond).

Therone Ray Latson, 47, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 22, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, threatening a public servant or the family of a public servant, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($200,000 bond).

Adali Luciano-Alpizar, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Sept. 19, charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with property damage and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($41,000 bond). He was also charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. 

Jessica Renee Maldonado, 36, of Inglis, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($1,000 bond).

Holly Maravolo, 58, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 23, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Christie Mathis, 34, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 23, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Shelby Mathis, 24, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Frank McCain, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Sept. 24, charged with two sex offender violations, with his bond set at $10,000. According to a LCSO press release, detectives learned that Mr. McCain, a convicted sex offender, had been living at a new address for several weeks without notifying law enforcement, and he'd also failed to report his employment, both of which are requirements  of convicted sex offenders living in Florida, and this is McCain’s third arrest for failure to register as a convicted sex offender. The press release also stated that Mr. McCain is also a person of interest in numerous burglaries and thefts in the Rosewood, Cedar Key and south Chiefland, Florida areas. Cecil McCray, 36, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 22, charged with battery, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($190,000 bond).

James Charles McDonald, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 25, charged  with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

William Meeks, 32, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with parole violation (no bond).

Stacy Michelle Myers, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 20, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense.

Michael Warren Owens, 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 23, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($1,000 bond).

William Edgar Roberson, III, 25, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 26, charged with battery, criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000; and resisting or obstructing an oficer without  violence (no bond).

David Paul Savoie, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 23, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($2,500 bond).

Leslie Rena Shaver, 45, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 24, charged with shoplifting from a merchant, second offense ($2,500 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Phillip Eugene Sisk, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by Officer Julie Griffin with an unspecified agency, Sept. 24, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Bobbie Alena Chasity Spradlin, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense; and contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor ($11,000 bond).

Benny Stephens, 63, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with selling a Schedule III synthethic narcotic, and possession of a Schedule III synthetic narcotic with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($75,000 bond).

Cody Martin Thomas, 18, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 22, charged with burglary and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300 ($80,000 bond).

Samuel Lee Whitney, 57, of Bremerton, WA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 21, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($32,000 bond).

Jeremy Russell Whittington, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 20, charged with battery ($30,000 bond).

Cynthia Laverne Woods, 58, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 22, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
