The incident occurred at a NE 156th Court, Williston residence. According to the victim and the homeowner, hogs had been getting into the homeowner's yard for about three weeks, and the victim had set up a trap to catch the hogs. A hog had gotten into the trap, when Arcengeli arrived at the property and allegedly began cursing. The victim and homeowner told Arcangeli to leave the property, but he allegedly refused, stating that the hog was his. Arcangeli allegedly broke the trap, causing $75 in damages, getting the hog out of it, and allegedly threatened to kill the victim's dogs. Arcangeli then got into his truck and allegedly attempted to run over the dogs with it, but the dogs ran into the woods, and the victim and the homeowner ran into the woods behind them, and Arcangeli allegedly ran into the woods, chasing the victim and the homeowner. Arcangeli then allegedly punched the victim on the face twice, and the victim punched him back, then ran to his truck and grabbed what appeared to be a club, and chased the victim into the woods with it. The deputy reported that the victim was bleeding from his mouth and had a chipped tooth. Deputies spoke with Mr. Arcengeli at his residence. He told the deputy that he heard the hog squealing, so he went to the neighboring property to get it. He said, when he exited his truck, he was respectful and apologized to the homeowner about his hog getting onto her property, when the victim began yelling at him. He said he let his hog out of the trap and the dog chased the hog, and when he approached his hog, the victim thought he was going to hurt his dog, so the victim ran up to him with his fists up, ready for a fight. He said that the victim punched him on his eye, and he then struck the victim's mouth. He said that one of the males on the property pulled a firearm on him, so he got into his truck and drove away. The deputy stated that he found a cane in the bed of Mr. Arcangeli's pickup truck. Others on the homeowner's property gave slightly different accounts of the incident, and they all stated they had no firearm, the report stated.
