Brad Alexander, 39, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 7, charged with driving under the influence ($5,000 bond).
Luke Evans Andrews, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Johnnie Russell Arnett (see mugshot), 38, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10, charged with possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond). According to the arrest report, Mr. Arnett was riding a bicycle, traveling north in the southbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19 in Inglis, not in the adjacent bicycle lane, and the deputy changed lanes to avoid striking him. The deputy turned around, and when Mr. Arnett peddled past the deputy, the deputy told him to slow down, the report stated, and the deputy watched as Mr. Arnett removed a needle from his right front pocket and threw it into the dirt. The deputy reported that Mr. Arnett told him that he smokes methamphetamine, but he does not use needles, that the deputy could check his arms, and no needle marks would be found, that he picks up needles to avoid them falling into the hands of children. The report stated that the needle tested positive for methamphetamine.
Dominick Baker (see mugshot), 47, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Sept. 11, charged with driving under the influence (with several previous convictions) and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($30,000 bond).
Scott Ericson Bonneau (see mugshot), 50, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, stalking, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($226,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy responded to Inglis Town Hall, located at 135 Highway 40 West in Inglis, due to a complaint that Mr. Bonneau had followed a woman, in his vehicle, to town hall. The victim told deputies that Mr. Bonneau (who is not supposed to contact her due to a court order) had pulled up to her residence in his vehicle, so she'd driven to town hall and had gone inside to hide from him. The deputy reported that he arrived at town hall to find Mr, Bonneau backing out from a parking spot. The deputy reported that Bonneau drove out of the parking lot, looped around and returned to town hall and then reached into the back seat, so the deputy approached Bonneau's vehicle with his service weapon in hand. The report stated that Bonneau ignored the deputy and continued with a phone call, and as he continued to ignore the deputy, the deputy called for backup units, and eventually pulled Mr. Bonneau from his vehicle, and when Mr. Bonneau complained that he had a wrist injury, Inglis Rescue 3 emergency medical services examined his wrist and cleared him medically. Mr. Bonneau told the deputy that he was not trying to see or speak with the victim, that he only wanted to check on his boat, according to the report.
Natisha Brown, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Sept. 11, charged with disturbing the peace, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.
Ira Colon Cribbs, 41, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by Officer James Merritt of an unspecified agency, Sept. 9, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment ($12,5090 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).
Madison Kathleen Deer, 24, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9, charged with driving under the influence and driving while license suspended, first offense ($11,000 bond).
Dannell Lynn Dekle, 43, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 11, charged with coordinating with others in regard to retail theft of $300 or more ($5,000 bond).
Austin Gilliam, 27, of Bradford, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Sept. 8, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($5,000 bond).
Shaun Michael Harrell, 34, of Pinellas Park, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 6, charged with battery, second offense ($5,000 bond).
Virgil Case Hughes, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($50,000 bond).
Emily Dawn Kirkland (see mugshot), 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 8, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($30,000 bond). A deputy observed a silver 4-door passenger car at the Kangaroo gas station, located at State Road 24 and Hwy. 27 Alternate in Bronson, FL, and learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Citrus County, FL on Aug. 31, 2021, and Ms. Kirkland had been listed as the suspect. The vehicle owner told a Citrus County deputy that his vehicle keys were on a table inside his house when he stepped outside to feed his animals on Aug. 31, and when he returned inside, his vehicle, his vehicle keys and Ms. Kirkland were all missing. The report stated that Ms. Kirkland claimed she'd received a text message from the owner of the vehicle, stating that she could borrow the car in return for sex, but the deputy found no such text message exchange on her cellular phone.
Michael Wayne Liles, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Adam Palmer Lipscomb (see mugshot), 34, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10, charged with battery, criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or less, burglary with battery, and tampering with physical evidence ($200,000 bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to a 72nd Terrace, Chiefland, FL residence, and 911 personnel could hear arguing between a man and a woman. The complainant told deputies she'd contacted 911 due to Mr, Lipscomb attempting to enter her home by way of a window. She said she'd grabbed a shotgun and stepped onto the front porch, and when Lipsscomb approached her from behind, she'd tossed the shogun into the yard. She said he pushed her against the side of the house to enter the home without her permisision, and pulled a recliner type chair onto her leg, causing it to bruise, and left with an occupant of the house, prior to the arrival of a deputy. The bruising to the woman's leg and disarray on the porch and inside the home were consistent with the victim's account of the incident, according to the report. A Department of Children and Families (DCF) investigator arrived on scene because she had been contacted in regard to Lipscomb "pulling a gun" on a person, "acting crazy," acccording to the report. Surveillance film showed Lipscomb attempting to enter the home via several windows, and the camera was located, disabled, due to wires being pulled from their connections. The camera showed Lipscomb damaging the gate and picking up the shotgun from the ground and leaving the area. according to the report. Damages were estimated at $70. Lipscomb was located at a 25th Street, Chiefland residence and declined to comment on the incident.
Warren Scott Norwood, 68, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9, charged with aggravated battery ($25,000 bond).
Jazmine Maree O'Neil (see mugshot), 37, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10, charged with trespassing after warning, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. A deputy reported that Mr. O'Neil was at the Circle K store, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 South in Inglis, for approximately and hour, walking around the parking lot, checking around the dumpsters, looking through the grass and also sitting on the picnic tables, although he'd been trespassed from the location on June 28, 2021. Mr. O'Neil told a deputy that he was at the location to charge his phone, according to the report.
Mark Jean Carlos Pedraza, 25, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 7, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
David S. Pinero, 49, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by Officer Morgan Willis of an unspecified agency, Sept. 5, charged with driving under the influecne, second violation ($2,500 bond).
Dakodda Troy Rice (see mugshot), 18, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 11, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Erickson Vladimir Sibrian Rivas, 28, of Baltimore, MD, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Sept. 6, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,500 bond).

Elias with an unspecified agency, Sept. 7, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000; burglary, grand theft of $10,000 or more, but less than $20,000; and destrying, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence ($200,000 bond).
