Cody Beckham, 25, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by Levy County Probation Services, August 26, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Varnell Brown, 20, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 23, charged with driving under the influence (no bond).
Jerry Carter, 64, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, August 27, and held for another agency at the Levy County Detention Bureau (no bond).
Kara Shianne Duncan, 23, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 29, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery (no bond).

Lenore Lynn Golotto, 58, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 25, on a Levy County, FL warrant for selling methamphetamine, possession of opium or an opium derivative with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of an hallucinogen with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($25,000 bond).
Two people were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force, August 25, when a drug search warrant was served at the 12331 NE 64th Place Williston, FL residence of Brian Keith Gruhler, 54. Detectives seized 23.5 grams of methamphetamines, 1.4 grams of fentanyl and 15 grams of marijuana. Gruhler was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug equipment, and keeping a residence or vehicle for the purpose of selling drugs ($206,000 bond). Samuel White, 39, of Palatka, Florida, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone) and possession of drug paraphernalia ($26,000 bond).
Melissa Hagan, 45, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, August 29, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense (no bond).
Kimberly Dawn Howell, 55, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, August 25, and held for another agency at the Levy County Detention Bureau (no bond).
Lamar Kendarrius, 25, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 23, on an out of county warrant ($50 bond).
Anthony Quinn Knight, 55, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 26, charged with driving with a permanently revoked driver's license ($1,000 bond).
Justin Bryce Leggett, 33, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 25, charged with distribution of an hallucinogen, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($111,000 bond). Deputies were dispatched to the Olive Drive BP gas station, located at U.S. Hwy. 27 in Williston, Florida, due to the report of a man being passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at the gas pumps. The man, Mr. Leggett, was still unconscious when deputies arrived, but was awakend by deputies. He was arrested after emergency medical services determined he was in no medical danger. In a press release, Levy County Sheriff Bobby McCallum stated that a jail employee had a "serious reaction" to fentanyl on Mr. Leggett's clothing that necessitated him being transported to a hospital for treatment. The employee is expected to make a full recovery.
