Jason Mercurious Corbin, 18, of Floral City, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; possession of drug paraphernalia, and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($12,000 bond).
Robert Ray Noon, III, 47, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated while disregarding safety ($14,000 bond). A deputy was dispatched to the 3800 block of S. Centennial Ave. in Homosassa, FL due to the report of a trespasser on the property. Deputies arrived at the residence to find Mr. Noon asleep in the driver's seat of a red and white pickup truck. The deputy reported that he could see two drug pipes in clear view inside the vehicle, and when the deputy announced himself, Noon started the vehicle and took off, forcing the deputy to step back in order to avoid being struck by the side of the vehicle. The deputy took off in pursuit. The report stated that Noon attempted to jump a three-feet-tall cinder block wall with the truck and also attempted to drive into a wooded area, but the vehicle became stuck, and Noon exited the vehicle, running from the deputy, who used his taser (electronic stun weapon) to take him into custody. Noon was found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of methamphetamine, along with two smoking pipes and a weight scale that all tested positive for methamphetamine. The report stated that Noon's driver's license hasd been suspended on Aug. 18, 2020.
Roxann Marie Fitzgerald, 56, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with falsely identifying herself to a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. The report stated that Ms. Fitzgerald is accused of going to a S. Atkins Terrace, Lecanto residence with two bottles of soda to visit a person named "Todd," then leaving when the resident told her she had the wrong residence, but returning, a short time later, walking into the home uninvited, insisting that "Todd" had invited her. The report stated, that when asked to leave, Ms. Fitzgerald became angry and yelled obscenities, but then walked to nearby residence where a relative of Ms. Fitsgerald lives. When a deputy arrived at the second residence, Ms. Fitzgerald identified herself to the deputy as Roxanne Emily Thompson with a year of birth of 1968 (her year of birth is 1965), the report stated.
Danielle Michelle Berenger, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with child neglect without causing great bodily harm ($2,000 bond).
Ashley Marie Smith, 34, of Crystal River, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Eric Donald Harding, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).
Jack Allen Smith, 47, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction.
Daniel Ray Kato, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Jennifer Paige Lind, 20, of Ocala, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Michael Andrew Lockett, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, located at 727 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, FL,on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Thomas Alexander White, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony battery causing bodily harm (no bond). A deputy reported that the victim said she'd brought a Pyrex plate of Jello shots to a party at a clubhouse, and at the party, Mr. White began acting "crazy." The victim told the deputy that White took the Pyrex plate from her and began swinging it around, in her diretion. She said she'd lost consciousness and awakened to find herself on the ground, bleeding from the back of her head. The deputy reported that the victim had bruising to her left eye and right arm and blood to the back of her head. Emergency medical services was contacted. The deputy reported that he located Mr. White at the Bella Oasis Motel, located at 4076 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa. Mr. White's comments were redacted from the report.
Christopher John Collazo, Jr., 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with child neglect without causing great bodily harm, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual offender and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with sirens and lights activated while speeding and disregarding safety ($9,000 bond).
Jessica La Moine DeMeyer, 38, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop in Inverness of a white Dodge pickup truck traveling north on S. Florida Ave., because the deputy was aware that the driver's license had been suspended, Ms. DeMeyer, a back seat passenger, was found to be in possession of two plastic baggies that contained heroin residue, the report stated.
Ashleigh Nichole Elkins, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trafficking in 4 grams or more of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($30,000 bond).
Jakob Allen Phillips, 31, of Floral City, FL, was charged with burglary with battery (no bond). The arrest report stated that the victim said she traveled that day from Fort Meyers, FL to meet with Mr. Phillips at a friend's house. She said she chatted with Phillips until the homeowner left for work, and the homeowner asked Phillips to leave. She said Phillips returned while she was asleep and began banging on the windows and doors, and when she heard a noise, she opened the door and saw that Phillips had halfway climbed inside a windoe. She said, when he saw her, he ran at her, grabbed and twisted her right arm at the threshhold of the home, and she phoned the homeowner who returned hom. Phillips was located, walking nearby, and taken into custody.
Cory Anthony Hanes, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon another detainee ($2,000 bond). Mr. Hanes is accused of slapping another inmate's face at the Citrus County Detention Facility. The arrest report stated that the incident was captured on surveillance video.
Kyle Hunter Fredrikson,34, of Inverness, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrant Duty Office and was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges, one for battery ($2,000 bond) and the other for petit theft, first offense ($2,000 bond).
Kenneth Jermaine Mixon, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Johnnie Edwardo Delvalle, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

James Paul Clark, 80, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
Tiylar Edward Beal, 24, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that during the traffic stop of a black motorcycle traveling south on S. Florida Ave. in Inverness, FL due to the motorcyce having an unreadable license plate, Mr. Beal was found to be in possession of 1.76 grams of methamphetamine.
Dillon Lee Strong, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).
Logan Deon Ford, 29, of Troy, Ohio, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Danielle Ann McGee, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with misdemeanor battery (no bond).
Robert Mark Green, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the owner of a gray 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer and her friend reported that the vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot of the V.F.W. Club, located at 8856 W. Veteran Dr. in Homosassa, where it had been parked from 6:30-11:00 pm. The two told a deputy that Mr. Green had been asked to leave the bar, due to his behavior, and he'd been seen hanging around the vehicle. The vehicle owner's friend told the deputy that he was contacted by Green and informed that he'd driven away in the vehicle, and he'd apologized for any inconvenience. The vehicle was found where Green had allegedly left it, parked at the Bella Oasis Motel, located at 4076 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosasssa. Mr. Green was located at his residence and placed under arrest.
Joseph John Ross, 29, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to apear in court on a misdemeanor charge of giving false information to a law enforcement officer regarding a missing person or a felony ($2,000 bond).
Kelly Michelle Hardin, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence with property damage or personal injury) with her bond set at none.
John Graydon Pendergast, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Ralph Melbourne Trefry, Jr., 71, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($1,000 bond). He's accused of taking $28.15 in merchandise from the Winn-Dixie supermaraket, located at 333 E. Highland Blvd. in Inverness, without paying for the items.

Steven Westen Edwards, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at E. Nottingham Dr. and N. Busby Ter. in Inverness, on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked ($250 bond).
Christopher Edward Pearson, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Cody John Brunner, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with theft of a motorcycle ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was conducting surveillance at Brunner's S. Turner Ave., Floral City residence due to arrest warrants in his name, and he drove up to his residence in a white 2019 Yahama motorcycle that had been reported stolen from Hillsborough County, FL. He was also arrested on two warrants, one for failure to appear in Marion County, FL court for motorcycle theft, the report stated, and another warrant for fleeing and eluding law enforcement officers. The report also stated that Brunner has a criminal history of stealing motorcycles.
Christen Ray Brock, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. Mary Ellen Ter. and W. Chassahowitzka St. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (second offense), attaching a tag to vehicle not assigned to it, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Kimberly Marie Morris, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. Grandmarch Ave. and W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. in Homosassa, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 (no bond).
Patrick Antwon Johnson, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested in the 1300 block of U.S. Highway 41 North in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Ryan Jaamal Couch, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL, due to a dark colored SUV failing to make a complete stop prior to turning east from N. Railroad Way onto E. Norvell Bryant Hwy. During the traffic stop, the driver, Mr. Couch, was found to be in possession of a silver metal container that contained a residue that tested positive for cocaine, the report stated.

Golden St. in Beverly Hills, FL, on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court on felony charges: (1) one for grand theft of a vehicle (no bond) and (2) the other for fleeing from law enforcement with disregard of safety to persons or property, resisting an officer with violence, driving while license suspended, a subsequent offense; possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 (no bond).
Christopher Lee Funches, 35, of Inglis, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Funches got into an argument with Debra Ann Kelso at the gas pumps of the Wawa gas station, located at 505 NE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, and the two were trespassed from the business. The report stated that Ms. Kelso left in a vehicle without Mr. Funches, who was "highly intoxicated," and Mr. Funches walked away, but he returned to the gas station, and was arrested by the deputy who had told him to leave the gas station.

Kevin Lance Dinger, 58, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Dinger, who is homeless, was admitted to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers hospital, located at 6201 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, due to a medical problem, several days previously, and he'd been discharged, earlier in the day, and had returned to the hospital and was discharged, again, because he had no medical issues. The report stated that Mr. Dinger was accused of stealing items from patients, although the victims did not pursue charges, so the nursing staff asked him to leave, but he'd refused to leave and had sat down in the Emergency Department waiting room. When a deputy arrived at the hospital, the report stated, Mr. Dinger appeared to be incoherent and unresponsive, but medcal staff members told the deputy that he'd behaved in a normal manner prior to the deputy's arrival. The report stated that Mr. Dinger gathered up his belongings and walked outside, but just stood there, refusing to move and eventually fell over a traffic come in the parking lot and refused to get up, so he was taken into custody.
Jonathan Charles Buckingham, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond). The report stated that the homeowner told a deputy that Mr. Buckingham had moved from her N. Arkasnas. Ter., Inverness residence in July, but he'd walked into her residence, uninvited, stat down and refused to leave. The homeowner told the deputy that Mr. Buckingham does not pay bills at the residence, and the deputy verified that the homeowner's address is not listed on Mr. Buckingham's driver's license as his personal address, so he was taken into custody. The deputy reported that Mr. Buckingham appeared to be intoxicated.
Christopher Arthur Parker, 37, of Leesburg, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for operating a vehicle with an expired driver's license) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Sumter County Detention Center in Bushnell, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Drake Eugene Wolfe, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with giving a false name to a law enforcement officer during the traffic stop of a silver Nissan vehicle. The report stated, that during a traffic stop at an unspecified location for an unspecified reason, Mr. Wolfe, the front passenger, gave an incorrect name, and later explained to the deputy that he used the name of a relative because he (Mr. Wolfe) is on felony probation. Due to giving an incorrect name, Mr. Wolfe was charged with violation of his felony probation (probation for fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer) with his bond set at none.
