Asia Nickole Cessna, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Glenn Alan Manchester, 55, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Robert Daniel Cronin, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested, at 9:07 pm, on a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($820 cash purge bond) and also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy who observed Mr. Cronin walking on W. Flanders Ln., near the intersection of  N. Fairmont Ter. in Crystal River, was aware of the writ for Mr. Cronin and took him into custody. He was then found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine and an eyeglass case used for transporting the methamphetamine, according to the report.

Donald Gregory Scoggins, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was charged, at 8:56 pm, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted due to the driver (Mr. Scoggins) of a vehicle failing to make a complete stop behind the stop bar located on N. Fairmont Ter. at W. Flanders Ln. in Crystal River, FL. During the traffic stop, Mr. Scoggins was found to be in possession of approximately 0.5 gram of methamphetamine and a glass pipe that contained methamphetamine residue, the report stated. 

Ashlee Rose Felsentreger, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Kristopher Lee Candelaria Sellers, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the intersection of NE 9th Ave. and NE 1st St in Crystal River, FL, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,177 bond).

Carmella C. Fallanca, 31, of Hudson, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Christy Lee Nault, 42, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Peter Joseph Hengber, 23, of Orlando, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 (no bond).

Ki Ara Ebony Shuler, 21, of Ocala, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; uttering forged bills, checks, drafts or notes; and cheating or gross fraud ($9,000 bond).

Jeremey Lee Forrest, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of his Citrus County, FL probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.

Rachael Ann Sweet, 25, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia) with her bond set at none.

Hunter Edwin Oley, 21, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested during a wellbeing checkc at 4223 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL (Wendy's restaurant), on a Pasco County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of burglary) with his bond set at none.  

Michael Landon Wolff Rash, Jr., 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was  charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($3,000 bond).

Billy Burke, 56, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Casey August Males, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parpahernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during the traffic stop of a white four-door car in Crystal River, due to the driver (Mr. Males) pulling into the bicycle lane to pass the vehicle in front of him, in order to make a right turn from U.S. Hwy. 19 onto W. Ozello Trail, according to the arrest report., which also stated that Mr. Males was in possession of 1.2 grams of cocaine and a rolled-up $20 bill that contained cocaine residue.

Jesse Stuart Tanis, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Christopher Allen Rehmund, 48, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with previous convictions ($1,000 bond).

Nick Theodore Barkley, 66, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for violation of a condition of pretrial release on a charge of driving under the influence (no bond).

Heather Leigh Ruggiero, 38, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possessing or displaying a driver's license with knowledge it had been cancelled, suspended or revoked; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,500 bond).

Jeremy Michael Castilleja, 50, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL pickup order for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver (no bond).
 
Daniel Delbert Dewane Williams, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Jason Wayne McGaha, 45, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Trivonna Shikira Wilson, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with two previous convictions ($1,000 bond). Ms. Wilson is accused of backing her 2012 Hyundai Sonata vehicle into another vehicle in the parking lot of the Wawa convenience store/gas station located at 505 NE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River. The report stated that she had two previous convictions for driving while her license is suspended, on Feb. 17, 2021 and Feb. 25, 2021.

Daniel Molter Spurling, II, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop of a white Ford Explorer SUV on S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, due to the vehicle having inoperable tag lights, the driver, Mr. Spurling, was found to be in possession of 1.45 grams of methamphetamine, according to the arrest report. He was also charged with violation of his Citrus County, FL felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.

Kaylynn Elizabeth Bevington, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was charaged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance ($6,000 bond).

Aida Isabel Mayol Gandia, 26, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,500 bond). During a traffic stop at N. Lecanto Hwy. and N. Forest Ridge Blvd. in Beverly Hills, FL, due to a Cadillac SUV having an inoperable driver's side head light, Ms. Mayol Gandia, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.33 gram of heroin, a smoking pipe that contained traces of methamphetamine, and a clear plastic baggie that contained a small amount of cannabis, according to the arrest report.

Brent Thomas Spicer, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft of a motor vehicle) with his bond set at none.

Barry Daniel Lane, 47, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense) with his bond set at none.

Jonathan Michael Pace, 24, of Trenton, FL, was charged with  driving under the influence, second offense ($2,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the area of the Days Inn, located at 2380 NE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, due to the driver (Mr. Pace) of a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck traveling north at a high rate of speed and failing to stay within a single lane. He exhibited signs of being impaired, had the smell of alcohol on his breath, had two open, empty alcohol containers inside the vehicle, and refused to submit to roadside sobriety testing, according to the arrest report. The report also stated that Mr. Pace had been convicted of driving under the influence on March 12, 2021. He was also charged with violation of his felony probation (probation for possession of cocaine) with his bond set at none.

Jonathan Charles Buckingham, 35, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at a residence in he 5700 block of S. Carol Ter. in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment warrant for failure to pay child support ($677 cash purge bond).

Franklin Derrel Goodwin, 55, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for unlawful sexual activity with a minor) with his bond set at none.    

Blake Christopher Phillips, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. Suncoast Blvd. and W. Longfellow St. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment warrant for failure to pay child support ($1,169 cash purge bond).

Nicholas Alexander Davis, 28, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Pasco County, FL warrant for four counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: 1) possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, 2) driving under the influence, 3) refusing to submit to breath alcohol testing and 4) driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked ($2,052 bond)

Charles Anthony Defazio, 46, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Hayley Brook Gorman, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc.

Andrew Harold Howard, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and later released on his own recognizance. The arrest report stated that Mr. Howard was a passeger inside a vehicle during a traffic stop at N. Santos Dr. and N. Citrus Springs Blvd. in the Citrus Springs area of Dunnellon, FL, due to a stop bar violation and the vehicle having a "severly cracked" windshield. The report stated that Mr. Howard was in possession of two smoking pipes that contained methamphetamine residue.

Sarah Lee Justin, 31, of Hernando Beach, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Megan Elaine Ames, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged, at 9:54 am, with driving under the influence with property damage ($1,000 bond).

Ryan Travis Desalvo, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). At 6:16 am, a deputy was dispatched to the 11800 block of N. Gator Ave. in Dunnellon due to the report of a vehicle fire. A deputy arrived to find a pickup truck, rolled-over onto its side and on fire, with no occupants inside. The driver (Desalvo) and his female passenger both said that Mr. Desalvo had been drinking. Desalvo allegedly told the deputy he'd consumed twenty beers and liquor, and the female  passenger said he was drivng too fast when the vehicle drove over a bump, where the gravel and asphalt met, and the truck flipped over. The report also stated that Desalvo exhibited signs of being impaired, that he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were both 0.098 (the legal limit is 0.08).

Shile Marie Ringley, 20, of Inverness, FL, was charged with child abuse. According to the arrest report, a four year-old child who was a patient at Citrus Memorial Hospital had a "distinctive pattern bruise" to the left arm, a "pattern bruise" to the right leg, bruises under both eyes, two bruises to the left forehead, and a laceration under the chin. The report stated that hospital staff members told a deputy that they overheard what they believed was Ms. Ringley telling the child to say that he/she had fallen at the park. A detective for this type of case explained to Ms. Ringley that the bruises sustained by the child were not consistent with a playground fall, accordng to the report, however Ms. Ringley's statement was redacted from the arrest report.

Katina Renea Parker, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated asssault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Shylah Dawn Larock, 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($1,000 bond).

Matthew Ryan McGehee, 22, of Bronson, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Joseph Randy Ahedo, 42, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer, reckless driving and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($12,500 bond). He was transported from the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Kevin Scott Walls, 45, of Palmetto, FL, was arrested on a Manatee County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of conditions of pretrial release on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). The arrested report stated, that during an unrelated incident that occurred at the RaceTrac gas station located at 3861 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, deputies arrested him on the warrant.

Robert Grant Combs, Jr., 44, of Bellview, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly revoked, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($52,500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in the 5000 block of S. Leopard Pt. in Homosassa, FL, due to the vehicle traveling 42 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. The report stated that Mr. Combs was the driver, and his driver's license had been revoked on March 26, 2020. Deputies located a smoking pipe and a key in the center console, and the key fit a small Sentry safe found inside the vehicle. Inside the safe, deputies found 37.38 grams of methamphetamine and 1.69 grams of cannabis, the report stated.

Jay Richard Lasky, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner by phone of other means of communication, and written threats to kill or cause bodily harm to the petitioner (no bond). The report stated that a protective injunction was granted to the petitioner against Mr. Lasky on Aug. 4, 2021, yet Mr. Lasky contacted the petitioner by text messaging on Aug. 13 and 16, and made a missed video call to the victim on Aug. 22, 2021. The messages allegedly stated that Mr. Lasky said that he would burn down the petitioner's house, that he wanted the petitioner to die a lonesome death, and that he wanted to walk over and spit on her grave.

Zane Adam Jones, 23, of Floral City, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond). During an argument with the victim, Mr. Jones is accused of hitting her, throwing her to the ground, hitting her again, then hitting the victim's face with a traffic cone; this was captured on surveillance video. Witnesses told deputies that Jones also threw a cigarette lighter at the victim, hitting her face with it. The victim's injuries included a scratch to her left leg and swelling around her left eye.

Patrick Martin Hogan, 72, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Daniel Robert Parker, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($570 bond).

Antwanna Lanette Gaynor, 32, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).    

Gabriel Vance McDougall, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated battery using a deadly weapon and soliciting another to commit an offense prohibited by law ($11,000 bond).    

Brett Jarret Katz, 39, of Holiday, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of making, uttering or issuing a worthless check (no bond). He was transported from the Volusia County Jail in Daytona Beach, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. 

Zachary Michael Walsh, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for grand theft of a motor vehicle ($5,000 bond). He was transported from the Volusia County Jail in Daytona Beach, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. 

Alexander Raheem Ellison, 24, of Hernando, FL, was charged with knowingly discharging a firearm from inside a vehicle within 1,000 feet of a person, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).

Christian Earl Blind, 38, of Whittier, NC, was arrested on a Santa Rosa County, FL warrant for larceny (grand theft of $750 or more, but less tan $5,000). The arrested was made during a traffic stop conducted in the 600 block of NW Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, due to the vehicle having an expired registration.

Two Citrus County, FL residents, Natalie Marie Floering, 27, of Dunnellon and Michael Joseph McAllister, 38, of Homosassa, were arrested as the result of an August 25 carjacking. The vehicle owner told deputies that she and Ms. Floering were driving around in her black 2005 Nissan Titan truck, and two men got into the rear seat of her vehicle in Crystal River, FL at the Circle K gas station located at the intersection of W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. and N. Rock Crusher Rd. She said McAllister sat on the rear passenger side behind her, and Ms. Floering was driving. She said McAllister was giving directions, and they seemed to be driving in circles, so she told Ms. Floering to pull over on W. Potomac Ln. in Homosassa, FL, which she did. The male witness told deputies that McAllister and the victim got into an argument about some allegedly stolen clothing, and McAllister attempted to punch the victim before she got out of the truck, but the victim dodged the attempted punch. The victim said that McAllister placed the blade of a pocket knife against her throat, told her to get out of the vehicle, stating, "It's going to get bloody in here." Fearing for her life, the victim told deputies, she ran from the vehicle. Deputies located the stolen vehicle and pursued it. Deputies placed tire deflation devices on a Hernando, FL roadway, which disabled the stolen truck and it came to a stop nearby at the intersection of N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. and W. Withlacoochee Trail. Mr. McAllister got out of the vehicle and ran into a wooded area, but deputies quickly caught up with him and took him into custody. After being evaluated at Bayfront Health Citrus Hills Emergency Room, he was taken into custody. The report stated that he kicked at deputies and attempted to punch one deputy. Ms. Floering was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond) because she did not distance herself from the situation and remained in control of the vehicle, according to her arrest report. Mr. McAllister was charged with two counts of resisting an officer without violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, fleeing from a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop, and car jacking with a deadly weapon ($39,000 bond).

Lawrence Jessie Heater, III, 53, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge ($50,013 bond). 

Robert Todd McCarthy, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, turned himself in at the Ciitrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($770 cash purge bond).

Curtis Suba, 61, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at his residence on a New York State warrant for violation of his parole (parole for homicide) with his bond set at none.

Margaret Caylemarie Teachman,36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodilu attachment ($1,178 bond).

Angela Kaye Callihan, 41, of Inglis, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was charged with failure to appear in court in a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (no bond).

Robert E. Lee Stinnett, 45, of Beverly Hills, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, battery, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).

Dakota Perry Ballard, 23, of Bronson, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond). He's accused of taking items valued at approximately $2,000 from a Beverly Hills residence during late March, 2021. Items reported missing included a black colored Blackhawk outer carry ballistic vest, three vision trauma plates inside a separate vest, a mesh holster attached to one of the vests, two sets of model 710 handcuffs, and an American flag velcro patch. The crime was reported on March 28, 2021 when the victim returned from being out of town for a week and found his home in disarray, as though a party had been thrown while he was away. The report stated that beer bottles were in the front yard and inside the residence, furniture and dishes were broken, and the items listed above were missing. Mr. Ballard was listed as a suspect because he'd been left alone inside the residence while the victim was away, and he was arrested by the Clearwater Police Department, a short time after being inside the Beverly Hills residence, in possession of, "an outer carrier ballistic vest and trauma plates inside of another vest," that were identified as belonging to the victim, according to the arrest report.

Leonard Eugene Thomas, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner, directly or indiretly, by phone or other communication (no bond).    

Randall Dominic Worthington, 65, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violating an injunction for stalking) with his bond set at none.

Steven Meric Gunkle, 31, of Bushnell, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, resisting an officer without violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($3,500 bond).

Dustin Logan Kato, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

Clara Dianna Stephens, 38, of Chunky MS, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). According to her arrest report, Ms. Stephens, the driver of a 2016 Jeep Compass, was arrested during a traffic stop in Crystal River, FL at NW Hwy. 19 and NW 6th St., due to "excessive speed." The report also stated that Ms. Stephens had arrest warrants from Hillsborough and Polk counties in Florida, and she was found to be in possession of 1.6 grams methamphetamine, along with a plastic tub, a shortened straw and a razor blade that all contained methamphetamine residue.
