Carlos Javier Albarran Melendez, 28, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 28, charged with reckless driving, first offense; and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($50,000 bond).
Shane MIchael Clink, 34, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 29, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Mitchell Franklin Cooper, 43, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 1, charged with driving while license suspended, a subsequent offense ($20,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($50,000 bond).
Cody David Dover, 30, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, June 1, 2021, on charges of burglary, first degree petit theft ($100 or more, but less than $300); fraud of less than $300 by giving false information to a pawn broker, and dealing in stolen property ($81,000 bond), and on July 29, he was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau.
Otis Gary Edwards, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, July 12, 2021, charged with failure to appear in court ($100,000 bond). He was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 27.
Holly Jill Gray, 58, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 1, charged with battery (no bond).
Stephen Michel Groo, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 29, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; resisting an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($57,000 bond).
Jeffery Vernon Hartman, 42, of Willison, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 29, charged with child cruelty without causing great bodily harm ($50,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the LCSO received a call that Mr. Hartman had "beat up" a 17 year-old juvenile, and the incident was witnessed by another juvenile who told deputies that they heard Hartmen say, "What are you going to do about it?" then witnessed Hartman holding down the juvenile, punching their head. A deputy reported that the right side of the juvenile's head was noticeably swollen. The juvenile admitted that he/she screamed that they hated Hartman, but they hadn't meant it, and they had slapped Hartman's hand from their face and kicked Hartman's shin. Hartman told a deputy that the fight began because the youth told him they would kill him and then kicked his shin area. The report stated that an adult broke up the fight, and there was probable cause to arrest Mr. Hartman for child abuse.

During an argument, Mr. Williams is accused of pushing the victim to the ground, with his hand to the victim'ss chest. The report stated that there was a witness to the incident, and Mr. Williams was determined by a deputy to be the primary aggressor.
