Alexandra Marie Barre, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1.000 bond). She was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at the Shell gas station, located at 2025 N. Lecanto. Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, due to driving that was described in the report as weaving between lanes at 5 to 10 miles below the posted speed zone. The report stated that Ms. Barre "failed" roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Alec Bryce Waranka, 20, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lighte and sirens activated ($2,000 bond). The report stated that deputies were dispatched to N. Nobleton Way and E. Malaga Ln. in Beverly Hills with the complaint of people fighting in the street, and a deputy arrived on scene to find people in the street, several vehicles parked near the road, and a black Ford Ranger leaving the area with an obscured tag and white light coming from the driver's side brake light. A deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but it continued to travel away from the deputy and failed to stop at two stop signs, traveling at speeds of 35 to 50 mph, before the driver, Mr. Waranka, lost control of the vehicle and rolled it over, about 300 yards from the intersection of N. Segamore Pt. and N. Kirkland Ter., the report stated.

Ashlee Nicole Vanover, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted due to unlawful speed, Ms. Vanover, the driver, was found to be in possession of 2.48 grams of methamphetamine and a syringe.    

Heather Lynn Lord, 36, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on two writs of bodily attachment, with her bonds set at $1,178 and $928.

Shawn Everett Dillon, 45, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two warrants for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Stephanie Lee Bodus, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended ($2,000 bond).

Dalton O'Neal Toole, 25, of Haines City, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more and batttery ($5,000 bond).

Daniel Aligato Bassett, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Juan Carlos Ivanyi, 52, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 3000 block of E. Bryant St. in Inverness, due to the female driver not wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Ivanyi, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine, the report stated.

Candy Ann Minske, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). A complaint was made to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office that a woman inside a vehicle had banged her head against the steering wheel, causing the horn to sound, and she then exited the vehicle and laid down on the road. A deputy arrived at the location to find Ms. Minske inside the described vehicle in the driver's seat, asleep, with the vehicle parked within the roadway at the intersection of W. Gum St. and N. Elm Dr. in Crystal River. The report stated that Ms. Minske was confused, her speech was slurred and she smelled of alcohol, and she also threw a bottle of rum from the passenger seat, through the passenger side window, onto the  roadway.

Britney Bernice Martin, 22, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750.

Jeffrey Carl O'Gifford, 58, of Floral City, FL, was charged with felony battery causing great bodily harm, and battery ($3,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to a wooded area near S. Florida Ave. and E. Tower Trail in Floral City due to a choking incident. The victim told the deputy that O'Gifford punched her under her chin, which caused her to fall onto the ground; she said he then straddled her back and attempted to strangle her with his hands, then flipped her over onto her back and began strangling her. The deputy reported that the victim had a "swollen bruise" to the left side of her face. The report also stated that O'Gifford told the deputy that he slapped the victim in self defene because she pushed him.

Christopher Bryan McKinney, 37, of The Villages, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Julius Malyk Shyeed Gardner, 18, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment (no bond).

Robert William Warren, 55, of Hernando, FL, was charged with discarding an appliance without removing the door, but not involved in the death of a child  ($500 bond).

Mark Allen Stacey, Jr., 31, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($4,000 bond).

Seth Allan Risner, 19, of Inverness, FL, was charged with sexual battery of a person 12 to 18 years of age, without consent and without force; and lewd and lascivious battery of a  person between the ages or 12 to 16 ($20,000 bond). A complaint was made that a previous sexual battery had occurred. Meanwhile, four juvenile girls told a deputy that they had previously been touched in an inappropriate manner by a man who was currently walking from Wallace Brooks Park toward the Subway restaurant, located at 97 S. Pine Ave. in Inverness. Two of the juveniles told deputies, that the previous night, they'd fallen asleep at Risher's house, and Risher and one of the girls had consumed alcohol and had sexual relations. The girl told the deputy that Risner had raped her. Risner told the deputy that he had sex with the girl, but thought that her age was 17. The report stated that her age is 14.

Michael Ray McClelland, Jr., 31, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for misuse of the emergency 911 system ($4,000 bond).

During a traffic stop in Hernando, FL due to a license plate on a silver Toyota Camry not being registered to any vehicle, two people were arrested on drug charges. Ira Colon Cribbs, 41, of Williston, FL, a rear passenger, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), after he was determined to be the owner of three containers with small cotton balls inside that were coated with a white powder that tested positive for fentanyl, and 5 injection needles. Pamela Kay Cook, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). Inside the driver's door compartment where Ms. Cook was sitting, deputies found a pipe that contained a white crystalline substance that tested positive for methamphetamine that Ms. Cook claimed ownership of.

Douglas Joseph Wilson, 70, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop on W. Meadow St. in Homosassa, due to a vehicle pulling a trailer that had no license plate attached and no working brake lights, Mr. Wilson, the driver, was found to be in possession of 1.6 grams of methamphetamine, two glass smoking pipes with methamphetamine residue, and a digital scale

Sean Douglas Shaffer, 29, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, was charged with operating vehicle without a valid drivers license, driving under the influence with property damage, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond). Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies were notified that a Jeep Grand Cherokee sport utility vehicle with a Georgia tag had been involved in a traffic crash at the RaceTrac gas station, located on NE 5th St. (SR 44) in Crystal River, and the vehicle had left the gas station, traveling east on NE 5th St. A traffic stop was conducted on the described vehicle at 6300 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (SR 44). The report stated that the driver, Mr. Shaffer, smelled of alcohol, that he was unable to stand without assistance and his speech was impaired, and he refused to submit to roadside sobriety testing. He was also found to be in possession of 0.66 gram of marijuana.

Michele Joreen Kerns, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Forrest Edward Pettis, Jr., 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, second offense (no bond).

Antoinette Civil Dietrich, 25, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of fleeing from or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer (no bond).

Nicholas Dean Brewer, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; and retail petit theft of $100 or less ($1,000 bond).

John Dylan Gromling, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and possession of an anti-shoplifting device ($2,500 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Christopher Antonio Griffin, 34, of Ocala, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended, second or subsequent offense; and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (no bond).

Sarah Christine Allen, 23, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Charles Jacob Turner, 27, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second or subsequent offense (no bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Kenneth McClellen Adkins, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($10,000 bond).

Kenneth McClellen Adkins, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($10,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the victim was delivering building supplies to a construction site located in the 5000 block of W. Bonanza Dr. in Beverly Hills, FL, and his vehicle became stuck in the sand. The report stated that Mr. Adkins walked onto the construction site and assisted the victim in getting the truck unstuck, and while helping the victim, Mr. Adkins is said to have shown the victim a black child's sports cleat, accused the victim of taking the shoe's mate, and then of walking to a small pile of garbage, picking up a one foot-long piece of metal rebar and striking the victim's left forearm arm with it, causing the arm to bleed and bruise. Mr. Adkins was found, walking nearby, and was taken into custody.

David Lawrence Wheeler, 55, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($5,000 bond). He's accused of going into a bedroom and getting the keys to the victim's 2009 orange Dodge Charger, and then driving away in it without the victim's knowledge or permission.

James Ray Forrest, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). He's accused of taking the victim 's gray 2012 Toyoa Camry from a Lecanto residence, July 17, without  permission. According to the victim and two witnesses, Forrest removed the vehicle's keys from a table, and they unuccessfully attempted to prevent him from driving away in the vehicle. However, Forrest claimed that he was given the keys to the vehicle, and he had not driven the vehicle because he was tired, and the vehicle was still in he possession of a female.

Angel Marie Wills, 43, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Laura Louise Padfield, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

Jamey Nicole Wilkins, 41, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested at the intersection of S. Sioux Rd. and S. Melanie Dr. in Homosassa, FL, on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment ($1,678 bond).

Kyle Jacub Walker, 23, of Odessa, FL, was arrested at the intersection of S. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491) and S. Rider Ct. in Lecanto, FL, on a Pasco County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of having no hunting or fishing license, permit or authorization number ($72 bond).

Jesse Michael Rivera, 33, of Spring Hill, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on three felony charges: (1) dealing in stolen property ($5,000 bond), (2) defrauding a pawnbroker ($4,000 bond) and (3) felony retail theft ($4,000 bond).

Jason Randolph Lanier, 56, of Homosassa, FL,  who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,200 cash purge bond).

James Dieffenbacher, 38, of Ocala, FL,  who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($1,000 bond).

Amber Nicole Evans, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in court, one on a felony charge, and the other a misdemeanor charge.

Prayah Jay Lene Lebron Berkowitz, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Gregory Norton Schoonmaker, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Kenneth Elliott Craner, 56, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. and N. Heart Path in Crystal River, on a Marion County, FL warrant for felony petit theft (due to two or more previous theft convictions), with his bond set at $2,000.

Christina Caridao Piedra, 38, of Crystal River, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges, was arrested on an Alachua County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; theft of a controlled substance, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($110,000 bond).

Anthony Grafden Weekes, 34, a transient in Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of probation (probation for battery) and violation of probation (probation for two counts of battery) with her bond set at none. 

Juan Carlos Ivanyi, 52, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Brittany Chyane Christmas, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft, second offense ($1,000 bond). She's accused of placing 13 items valued at $63.87, without scanning or paying for the items, while checking out her purchases in the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness. The report stated that Ms. Christmas had previously been convicted of petit retail theft in Hillsborough County, FL on Oct. 19, 2016.

Colton Ruger Smith, 28, of Hernando, FL, was arresed on two Citrus County warrants: (1) one for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none, (2) and the other for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft and petit theft, second offense) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Levy County Jail in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

John Joseph Manns, 60, of Lecanto, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of $100 or less. He's accused of scanning items of lesser value for several more expensive items when checking out his purchases at the Lecanto Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, causing a loss of $89.47 to the store (the recovered items were meat and had to be destroyed, the report stated).

Joshua Paul Oglesbee, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of his Citrus County felony probation (probation for illegal possession of a controlled substance) with his bond set at none.

James Clifford Cole, III, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffick in stolen property ($5,000 bond).

Bart Curtis Chisholm, 34, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Austin Jones Perry, 21, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($928 cash purge bond).

Peter Lawrence Nulph, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony batery by strangulation and felony battery - committing battery with a previous battery conviction (no bond).

Matthew Allen Gaczynski, 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for eight counts of violation of felony probation (no bond).

Christopher Michael Lowery, 35, of Lakeland, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Terrence Lee Sterbenz, Jr., 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with selling, purchasing, delivering or bringing into the state 10 grams or more of a listed drug; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell manufacture or deliver it ($35,000 bond).

Gary Lee Foss, Jr., 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop on Mr. Foss, due to him riding a bicycle against the flow of traffic on E. Buffalo Ln. in Hernando, he was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine and a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue, the report stated.

Angela Maria Rosado-Lozada, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence and petit theft) with her bond set at none.

Courtney Catherine Pressley, 36, of Crystal River, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Lake County, FL warrant for possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

Paul Amir Kazemi, 55, of Kailua Kona, HI, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Collier County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of displaying unauhorized numbers on a boat ($250 bond).

Labron Richard Craig Geoghagan, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with animal cruelty.

Laura Lee Ohithomas, 55, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, trespassing inside an occupied residence, burglary with battery, and battery of a person age 65 or older ($29,000 bond). A deputy reported that Ms. Ohithomas brought a chain and padlock and used it to secure a property owned by an 81 year-old woman (the victim) and her husband, falsely claiming to a deputy that she (Ohithomas) owns the property. The report stated that Ohithomas refused to leave te property, forcing a deputy to jump over a fence and jog approximately 50 yards to take her into custody. The 81 year-old victim told the deputy, that when she woke up that morning, she saw Ms. Ohithomas, whom she'd never met, standing outside her window using a water hose. The victim said she opened her sliding glass door and told Ms. Ohithomas to leave her property, but Ohithomas refused and walked to the front of the property, so she (the victim) opened her front door to again tell Ms. Ohithomas to leave, and Ohithomas pushed the victim's left shoulder to enter her home, and then pushed the victim's back to push the victim out of her own residence.

Kenneth Elliott Craner, 56, of Crystal River, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for credit card fraud and grand theft) with his bond set at none.

John Allen Monceaux, 59, of Floral City, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
