Daniel Luke Arrinngton, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 12, on an out of county warrant ($2,500 bond).
Kimberly Delores Downing, 31, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Jordan Bryce Greig (see mugshot), 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 13, charged with battery ($25,000 bond).
Samantha Lynn Heiart (see mugshot), 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 11, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
Blake Robert Hyatt, 22, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 13, charged with five counts of probation violation (no bond).
Chelsea Lynn Inglis (see mugshot), 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 4:09 am, July 17, and booked into jail at 8:40 am, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance. According to her arrest report, Ms. Inglis is accused of scratching the victim with her fingernails to the left side of his neck and two areas of his abdomen, which were not bleeding, and to his upper right arm, which was bleeding, during a disput over Ms. Inglis dating another man. The report stated that Ms. Inglis told a deputy that she scratched the victim in an attempt to retrieve her phone from him.
Emily Dawn Kirkland (see mugshot), 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 5:58 am, July 13, and booked into jail at 7:35 pm, charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that on June 4, 2021, Ms. Kirkland had been trespassed from the Kangaroo Express gas station/store, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 South in Inglis, and she returned to the store on July 13. The report stated that a store clerk noticed Ms. Kitkland sitting at a picnic table outside the store. Ms. Kirkland told a deputy that she did not go inside the store, and she wanted to report a battery; she said she'd been struck on her head with a flashlight. Emergency medical services (EMS) was contacted; EMS personnel noted a raised area to the right side of Ms. Kirkland's head. Ms. Kirkland told EMS that she has a tumor to her head, and since EMS workers were unable to determine what had caused the raised area, she was transported to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers hospital in Crystal River, FL for further evaluation and was transported to the Levy County Detention Bureau after her discharge from the hospital.
Arin McNulty (see mugshot), 38, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or less ($2,000 bond).
Donald Marion Miller, 40, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, June 30, and transported to the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 12, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Adam John Scott, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, charged with being principal a public order crime ($1,000,000 bond) after a day-long manhunt due to Ms. Scott firing at deputies who were summoned to his home by his wife. According to Lt. Scott Tummond with the Levy County Sheriff's Office, about 7:00 pm on July 16, Mr. Adam's wife contacted the Levy County Emergency 911 Call Center with information, that during an argument, Scott had fired a bullet into the air while speaking on the phone wih a family member. A short time later, four deputies arrived at the residence, located in the 200 block of NE Highway 41 in Williston, and Scott fired at them. The deputies exchanged gunfire with Scott (no one was injured) who then took off into his large property which contained approximately 40 abandoned vehicles, along with several recretional vehicles and outbuildings which provided him with ample cover. The following evening, at 7:44 pm, he was located on his property and taken into custody. Several agencies assisted in the hunt for Mr. Scott, including the Marion County Sheriff's Office helicopoter unit.
Juan Alpizar Secundino (see mugshot), 47, of Wiliston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, July 15, charged with driving under the influence with property damage and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($31,000 bond).
Jason Lee Smith (see mugshot), 42, of the unincorporated zip code for the Williston Highlands, Morriston and Gulf Hammock, FL area, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).
James Dwayne Thomas (see mugshot), 61, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 14, charged with driving under the influence ($10,000 bond).
