Christopher Shawn Stephens, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Guillermo Carrasquillo-Ramirez, 43, of Oviedo, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with property damage ($2,000 bond).

Ryan Ashley Jenkins, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with boating under the influence ($500 bond).

Chasity Cheyann Pressley, 26, of Mascotte, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for introducing contraband into a detention facility) with her bond set at none. She was transported from the Lake County Jail in Tavares, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Casey Jaclyn Rocco, 28, of Mount Dora, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of child neglect) with her bond set at none. She was transported from the Lake County Jail in Tavares, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Brian Russell Brelsford, 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with criminal mischief with property damage of approximately $200, and aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony ($3,000 bond). Mr. Breisford is accused of breaking a tail light and damaging the hood of the victim's 2001 Toyota sedan while at her E. Fordham Place, Hernando residence, and of threatening the victim while holding a machete. The victim and a witness gave deputies the same account of the incident, while Mr. Breisford denied he'd damaged the vehicle or threatened the victim with a machete, although he admitted that he and the victim had argued about money and he'd noticed the damage to her vehicle, the report stated.

Skyler Lee Walker, 30, of Floral City, FL, who was already an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked) with her bond set at none.

Chad Michael Beaver, 38, of Florida, was charged with assault of a person employed to provide a public service, and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).

Joseph Anthony Castellano, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia) with his bond set at none.

Michael Alfred Gore, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly cancelled, third offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($9,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL, Mr. Gore, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.30 gram of crack cocaine, approximately 8.9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and one suboxone sublingual film (8 mg buprenorphine hydrochloride/2 mg naloxone), along with a glass pipe that contained cocaine residue, according to his arrest report.

Stephanie Michelle Hatfield, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Martin Thomas Cahill, 59, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Daniel Jacob Wood, 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 purge bond).

Michael Lee Cannon, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery of a person age 65 or older (no bond).

Gilbert Daniel Zachary, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond).

Michael Joseph King, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended ($4,000 bond).

Shonda Lea Sergent, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, second offense) with her bond set at none.

Thomas Hendry Devegter, 47, of Leccanto, FL, was arrested on a Lee County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with no driver's license ($500 bond).

Christopher Antonio Griffin, 34, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended ($5,000 bond).

Travis Ray Kodrich, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with boating under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Kaylyn Ryan Wilkes, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond) and the other for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence (no bond).

Jeffrey Eli Segars, II, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, posession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($10,000 bond). According to his arrest report, during a traffic stop conducted in Crystal River of a vehicle with an obscured tag that was speeding, Mr. Segars, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 3.05 grams of methamphetamine, 3.47 grams of heroin, 1.2.grams of fentanyl, 2 methamphetamine detroamphetamine 30 mg pills, 3.6 grams of cannabis, and several items of drug paraphernalia, the arrest report stated.

Neasha Lynn Crow, 27, of Ocala, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL for a speeding violation, Ms. Crow, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 0.26 gram methamphetamine and four glass smoking pipes, according to her arrest report.

Bret Michael McCown, 32, of Cheval, FL, was arrested on two Pinellas County, FL felony warrants: one for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams and possession of amphetamine) with his bond set at none, and the other for failure to appear in court on felony charges of possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams and possession of amphetamine, with his bond set at none,

Christy Sherie Haile, 41, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Tristen Alexander Melichar, 25, of Floral City, FL, was charged with battery of a peson 65 years of age or older, and domestic battery (no bond).    

Dana Marie Lewis, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Brian James Mikkelson, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,500 bond).

Tammie Kay Shramek, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more.

Heather Donean Townley, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine, with her bond set at none.

Steven Thia May, 32, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court: one on felony charges of grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000 (no bond) and the other for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).

Harry Gregory Emlinger, 64, of Floral Ciiy, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Jessica Figueroa, 37, of Merritt Island, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon a visitor or another detainee ($2,000 bond).

Richard Nelson Pelt, Jr., 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while driver's license suspended, cancelled or revoked ($500 bond).

Casey Lynette Weekes, 36, and Anthony Grafden Weekes, 34, both listed as transients in Crystal River, FL, were each charged with burglary of a residence, petit theft of less than $100, and criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000, with their bonds set at $11,500 each. The arrest reports stated that the two were found inside a Crystal River residence that had been ransacked. While they were inside the home, the reports stated, they'd cooked and eaten a can of chili and a can of corn, which they'd eaten with soft shell tacos, and all the items had been taken from the home's pantry. Damages to the home included the lower section of a double window that had been pulled from its aluminum tracks, a shattered window, and two interior door jambs that had been damaged; one of the doors had also been pulled from its hinges. The reports stated that items inside the home had been tossed around.

Donald Gregory Scoggins, 44, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it, operating an unregistered vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Luis Gerald Crespo, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.

Javon Isaiah Edgecombe, 19, of Boynton Beach, FL, was charged with introduction of contraband into a detention facility ($2,000 bond). During a search of his room at the Cypress Creek Academy, located at 2855 W. Woodland Ridge Dr.in Lecanto, FL, staff members found a marijuana cigarette that weighed aproximately one gram. The report stated that Mr. Edgecomb refused to submit to drug testing.

Gabriel Scott Alkire, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license) with his bond set at none.

Michael Gerard Murray, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Eric Russel Borgersen, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Paul Melvin Shaffer, III, 54, of Floral City, FL, was charged with obtaining merchandise or money by the use of a fraudulent receipt and felony petit theft (due to two or more previous theft convictions) with his bond set at $6,000. Mr. Shaffer is accused of two retail thefts at the Inverness, FL Walmart store, on June 4 and June 6, in which he obtained or attempted to obtain a refund, and the incidents were captured on the store's surveillance video, the report stated. On June 4, he's accused going into the store with a receipt he'd obtained in the parking lot and taking a can of shaving cream and a case of Stella Artois beer he picked up inside the store and taking the items to the customer service area to obain a $6.97 refund for the shaving cream; the report stated he was denied a $20.98 refund for the beer, but he left the store with the beer, without paying for it. On July 6, he's accused of using the same technique to attempt to obrain a $54.57 refund for items that included Nicotine Gum, a 24-pack of Cokes and plastic cutlery. On June 6, he was taken into custody, and the items were recovered.

Cory Anthony Hanes, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor ($5,000 bond).

Larry Otto Naylor, 47, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).

Justin Ryan Whitman, 37, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense (no bond).

Steven William Jennings, 51, of  Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond).

Gary Edward Pyne, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence as a fugitive from justice on a Lincoln County, NC warrant for two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child or secret peeping (no bond).

Nathaniel Lee Hile, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).

Kimberly Ann Fisher, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug parpaphernalia ($2,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy found Ms. Fisher's vehicle parked in the parking lot of Bluebird Springs Dog Park, located at 8750 W. Bluebird Springs Ln. in Homosassa, and the deputy smelled the odor of cannabis and noticed several open beer cans on the driver's floorboard. She was found to be in possession of 11.5 grams of cannabis and a smoking pipe that contained methamphetamine residue, the report stated.

Jeffrey Glenn Ferguson, 42, of Old Town, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, battery of a person employed to provide a public service, and resisting an officer without violence ($7,000 bond).

Maikin Fernando Machadoruiz, 27, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on a Pinellas County, FL warrant pickup order for having an improper driver's license. He was booked into the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL and then released on his own recognizance, as per the warrant.
     
Suzanne Jean Williams, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Jennifer Brooke Angle, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended (no bond).

David Lester Faries, 41, of Port Richey, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Detention Facility and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for lewd and lascivious exhibition to a person less than 16 years of age) with his bond set at none.

Two people, Joshua Dean Perez, 32, and Gabrielle Lynn Barker, 20, both of Cairo, GA, were arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa, FL, about 1:20 pm, of a gray Honda Civic car traveling south on S. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) due to the vehicle making a sudden lane change while waiting for a traffic light signal to change, as if the driver (Perez) did not want to stop in front of a patrol vehicle, according to an arrest report. The Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputy learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen from Cairo, Georgia. Deputies located a small brown glass smoking pipe in the glove box in front of the front passenger seat where Ms. Barker had been sitting. Mr. Perez told a deputy that the pipe was a methamphetamine pipe. A report stated that Mr. Perez ran into a wooded area, but was detained by a deputy. Ms. Barker was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). Mr. Perez was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug parpahernalia ($2,500 bond). The back seat passenger was Autumn Thomas, according to a report.

Sharon Berniece McCall, 64, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony retail theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond). She's accused of stealing 85 scratch-off Florida Lottery tickets valued at $1,409, during about a seven-day period of time during late May 2021, from her employer, the Winn-Dixie supermarket, located at 1202 W. Main St. in Inverness, FL.

James Morgan Ault, 30, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond) and domestic battery (no bond).

Marissa Leeann Alemany, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Jarrett Dalton Bell, 27, of Dover, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Bryan William Bradford, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for robbery of a gun or other deadly weapon) with his bond set at none.

Jerry K. Snider, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

April Lin Bowers, 43, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($2,178 cash purge bond).

Caitlin Marie Flood, 29, of Brooksville, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($500 bond).

Maria Isabel Jarrin De Godoy, 58, of Dunnellon, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750. She's accused of placing 9 items of merchandise valued at $124.76 inside her purse while shopping at the Inverness, FL Walmart store, and then of leaving the store without paying for the items. While speaking with a deputy, the report stated, Ms. De Godoy had difficulty breathing, and emergency medical service providers who arrived on scene determined that she was fine, but needed to calm down. She was trespassed from the store.

Raymond Scott Dunning, 56, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence on a St. Lucie County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia) with his bond set at none. 

Jeremy Richard Brown, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Jessica Laurie Hancock, 34, who is homeless in an unstated location according to her arrest report, was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Donald Eugene Deaton, 37, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for domestic battery, false imprisonment, and hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation (no bond).

Scott Steven Burke, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older (no bond).
