Levy County Detention Bureau, Bronson, Florida

Kevin Lee Berryhill, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged with driving while license suspended, a subsequent offense; resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescripion, and possession of drug equipment ($77,000 bond).

Marlow Bowers, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, charged with probation violation ($1,000 bond).

Jason Bratcher, 28, of Hampton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $42,500 and $2,500.

Rachel Merideth Carkhuff, 43, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, June 29, charged with driving under the influence ($25,000 bond).

Joseph Antonio Collins, 41, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, July 1, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug equipment ($51,000 bond).

Vanessa Nicole Cousenes, 28, of West Palm Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, charged with burglary, first degree petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300; and criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000 ($15,000 bond). Sometime between 11:30 pm of July 2 and 5:40 am of July 3, a woman - later identified by surveillance video as Ms. Cousenes - is accused of entering  the front porch of Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens, located at 4990 NE 180th Ave. in Williston, FL, and removing a DeWalt drill valued at $250 which she used in an unsuccessful attempt to open the door, and of then forcefully kicking-in the front door, causing $800 in damages, rendering the door inoperable and then staying inside the building for several hours. About 6:00 am, she was observed, with two unidentified males, near the pool area of Devil's Den Spring, located at 5390 NE 180th Ave. in Williston. She was located at Devil's Den Site 13. Ms. Cousenes told deputies she had no knowledge of the incident due to being "blacked out drunk," according to her arrest report.

Andrew Dushawn Dixon, 21, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 28, on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $10,000 and $2,000.

Oscar Garcia, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 2, charged with driving under the influence ($5,000 bond).

Marvin Hendricks, Jr., 42, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on three out of county warrants, with his bonds set at none.

Earl Edward Johnston, 49, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 30, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($61,000 bond).

Lynnette Marie Kash, 33, of Morriston, FL, and Michelle Ann McKay, 37, of Bronson, FL, were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 29, during the traffic stop of a white F150 pickup truck traveling south on NE State Road 121, just south of County Road 335A in Williston, FL, due to the deputy being aware that the driver's (Ms. Kash's) license had been suspended on June 6, 2019, and she'd been given two warnings for driving while license suspended. Ms. Kash was issued another warning. Inside the vehicle, deputies located  0.93 gram of crystal methamphetamine, a syringe that contained 0.5 ml of methamphetamine, cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Kash was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond) and Ms. McKay was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($76,000 bond). A third passenger (Kaitlyn Jones) inside the vehicle was not arrested.

Ronald Alan McDaniel, 55, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 28, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Arin McNulty, 38, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 29, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court, with one of his bonds set at $1,000, and the other set at release on his own recognizance.

Johnathan David Merz, 37, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 29, charged with video voyeurism of a person 19 years of age or older, first offense ($100,000 bond).

Matthew Tyler Mills, 25, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, charged with abuse of an elderly or disabled adult without causing great bodily harm, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

James Andrew Morris, 41, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, June 16, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, June 29, charged with failure to appear in court ($35,000 bond).

Larry Keith Osteen, 56, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland, FL Police Department, July 2, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).

George Zachary Risher, 26, of Inglis, FL, was arrested, July 3, on a Levy County, FL warrant for being an accessory after the fact of a third degree felony ($50,000 bond).

Michael John Robinson, 58, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Jean Marie Spaulding, 46, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, June 29, charged with driving under the influence ($5,000 bond).

Christopher Michael Williams, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 2, charged with driving under the influence, third violation, with his bond set at credit for time served.
