Thomas Declan Ebbert, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery.

Christian Nicholas Beeman, 25, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Sumter County, FL warrant for operating an unregistered vehicle ($500 bond).

William John McMurry, 51, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted at N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. (SR 200) and E. Adams St. in Hernando, FL for reckless driving that almost caused several head-on collisions, according to his arrest report. During the traffic stop, Mr. McMurry was found to be in possession of 1 gram of methamphetamine and a small baggie that contained the methamphetamine (paraphernalia).

Arcadio Morales, 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with child abuse and domestic battery (no bond).

Damion Michael Hartman, 22, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with petit thet of less than $100 ($500 bond) and false imprisonment (no bond).

Brett Bear Bigel, 23, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence) with his bond set at none.

John Joseph Fortson, 48, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for a capital felony: familial or custodial sexual battery of a person under the age of 18 (no bond).

Colleen Ann Franzen, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants: one for failure to appear in court on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug parphernalia (no bond), and the other for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond)

Christie Lynn Corleto, 49, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Taylor County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of amphetamine and possession of drug parahernalia ($14,000 bond).

Brenden Ray Redman, 18, of Inverness, FL, was charged with lewd and lascivious battery or a person between the ages of 12 to 16 years-old ($5,000 bond).

A 17 year-old resident of Cypress Creek Juvenile Offender Correctional Center, located at 2855 W. Woodland Ridge Dr. in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants: one for battery by a detainee of a visitor or another detainee, a third-degree felony ($5,000 bond) and the other for battery of a commitment facility staff member or a juvenile probation officer ($5,000 bond).

James Lee Kincade, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with assault of of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider or public transit employee; resisting an officer without violence, and harming a public servant or the family of a public servant ($6,500 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Kaileen Finess Behrens-Hoskins, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Larry William James, 58, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Shawn Michael Huffman, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery ($2,000 bond).

Skyler Lee Walker, 30, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of a drug with intent to sell, dispense or deliver; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,500 bond). During a traffic stop of a red Dodge Ram truck in Inverness, FL for having no license plate and a non-functioning passenger side tail light, Mr. Walker, the driver, was found to be in possession of 8 clonazepam 2 mg pills, 76 tizanidine hydrochloride 2 mg pills, 1 gram of methamphetamine, 1 gram of  cannabis, and a jar that contained a small piece of cotton and a clear liquid that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Robert John Dondiego, 69, of Ocala, FL, was charged with driivng under the influence with property damage ($1,000 bond).

Krista Marie Eldridge, 36, of Umatilla, FL, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parpahernalia ($7,000 bond).

Cory Christopher Jecelin, 33, of Ocala, FL, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine ($25,000 bond).

Justin Jeffrey Buxton, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction) with his bond set at $2,000. He was also charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Lindsay Michelle Wilson, 32, of Ocala, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parpahernalia ($3,000 bond).

Justin Davis Corley, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Lori Ann Corbin, 59, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with battery of a peson age 65 or older ($2,000 bond).

Michael Anthony Cummins, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a person under the age of 16 ($10,000 bond).

Ciara Lucas King, 32, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with her bond set at none.

Alexander Edward Gerber, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Margaret Delores Cubbison, 32, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Benjamin Weston Cummings, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond) and violation of felony probation (no bond).

Dana Shannon Greer Lebarre, 47, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for fleeing from or attempting to elude an officer, third offense within ten years) with her bond set at none.

Jeremiah Allen Hollifield, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for burglary), with his bond set at none. 

Falynn Marie Arslan, 34, of Inverness, FL was charged with violation of felony probation.

Adam Albert Waller, 40, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that deputies attempted to arrest him on probable cause as the suspect in a case, and he took off running into an open pasture. A deputy struck Waller with a Taser (stun gun) barb in the area of his ribcage and was able to take him into custody, the report stated.

Kaley Grace Parrish, 20, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

William Michael Larsen, 32, of Floral City, FL, was charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Robert Lewis, 54, of Bell, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor.

Meaghan Jo Lynn Shawhan, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of theft of a motor vehicle) with her bond set at none.

Brian James Parker, 24, of Floral City, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($9,000 bond). The report stated that animal control officers and deputies found nine animals at Parker's home in unsanitarty living conditions, with no food or water, and the toilets in the home were empty, to indicate that the animals had drank the toilet water, according to the report. The animals included three cats, two hamsters, one rabbit, two puppies and an older dog.

Zachary Theron Lee Mims, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor.

Joshua Gage Culpepper, 24, of Hernando, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor.

Anthony Louis Giddens, 30, of Inverness, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor.

Joshua Ryan Bertels, 34, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of fentanyl) with his bond set at none.

Joshua Trey Steven Lapuma, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered  electrical or alarm system contractor.

Vito Nicholas Pilla, Jr., 26, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, first offense) with his bond set at none.

Steven Bernard, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor ($1,000 bond). He was also arrested on a two warrants: one for violation of felony probation, and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Stephen Douglas Stewart, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with contracting to provide work without registration, certification or license; and operating as an uncertified or unregistered electrical or alarm system contractor.

Adrian Gage Williams, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense) with his bond set at none.

Kevin Scott Renaud, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Jeffrey Eli Segars, II, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond). During the traffice stop of a red Ford pickup truck in Hernando, FL that was conducted due to a vehicle with an inoperable front driver's side head lamp traveling recklessly, at a high rate or speed, the front seat passenger, Mr Segars, was found to be in possession of 0.40 gram of methamphetamine and 0.3 gram of heroin.

Jacob Ray Mitchell, 28, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended, resisting an officer without violence, fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with activated lights and sirens, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,500 bond). A deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a motorcycle traveling west on W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (SR 44) toward Crystal River, FL, due to the vehicle having no license plate and no brake lights. Mr. Mitchell, the driver, took evasive actions to avoid the traffic stop, then took off running on foot into a wooded area, the report stated. The deputy located Mitchell, in waist deep water, about 15 yards off the roadway. The report stated that he was in possession of approximately 1.13 grams of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue. Mitchell's driver's license had been suspended on May 21, 2021, due to failure to pay a traffic fine.

Alicia Lorraine Mosley, 43, of Crytal River, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Cody Reese Merritt, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

UPDATED: Casandra Brooke Hallmark (see mugshot, above left), 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with attempted premeditated murder (no bond). She's accused of twice striking the victim with a double-sided medieval battle ax, to the back of his neck and the back of his head, while the victim and a witness were working on the water pump of a fountain located in the witness's side yard. The witness told deputies that Ms. Hallmark, who is homeless according to her arrest report, had spent the previoius night inside a shed on his property. He said that he'd allowed Ms. Hallmark to go inside his home to get some cigarettes, and that is when she obtained the ax from a wall inside his home. The witness said he'd heard no argument between the witness and the victim before she struck him with the ax. The victim told deputies that he doesn't know Ms. Hallmark well, that he'd only spoken to her once, the previous night, when she'd asked him for a cigarette, and he'd given her one. The victim told deputies that the blows caused him to feel dazed, which could have been caused by a steel plate that had previously been inserted to the back of his skull. The report stated that the witness grabbed the ax from Ms. Hallmark and ordered her to leave his property, which she did. A deputy reported that the victim had a one inch-long bleeding laceration, approximately two inches above his spinal cord. A few hours after the incident, the report stated, Ms. Hallmark returned to the witness's residence and was taken into custody by deputies.

Rosalia Donohue, 53, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with simple stalking - willfully, maliciously or repeatedly following, harrassing or cyberstalking another person; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,000 bond).

Paul Philip Ciappetta, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, resisting an officer without violence, trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance, battery of a person employed to provide a public service, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with activated lights and sirens ($9,500 bond).

Robert John Lopresti, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended, second offense) with his bond set at $575. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Jenna Lee Prem, 24, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Dominique Danielle Palacios, 24, of New Port Richey, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).

Victor Luis De La Cruz, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with disorderly public intoxication and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond). The report stated that deputies found Mr. De La Cruz, apparently intoxicated, in the parking lot of Mickey's Bar & Grill, located at 770 NE 5th St. in Crystal River, lying in the parking lot, attempting to get up. A complainant at the business told a deputy that De La Cruz had attempted to fight several bar patrons. The report stated that Mr. De La Cruz attempted to avoid arrest by pulling away from a deputy and stiffening his body to avoid being placed by the deputy into the rear seat of the patrol vehicle.

Brian Anthony Vandomelen, 19, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, theft of a motor vehicle, and fleeing from a law enforcement in pursuit with activated lights and sirens ($12,500 bond).

Richard Corey Burgin, 51, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

David Thomas Jordan, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence and battery of a person employed to provide a public service ($15,000 bond).

William David Farkus, Jr., 45, of Oxford, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted on W. Main St. at  S. Citrus Ave. in Inverness, FL, due to Mr. Farkus driving 55 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. The report stated that Mr. Farkus exhibited signs of impairment, but refused to submit to testing.

UPDATED: Matthew Anthony Moreau (see mugshot, above right), 40, who is homeless in the Crystal River, FL area, according to his arrest report, was charged with felony retail theft of $750 or more, resisting a merchant during a theft, and battery ($4,000 bond). Mr. Moreau is accused of attempting to steal tools valued at $2,663.82 from the Rural King store, located at the Crystal River Mall, 1801 NW U.S. Highway 19 in Crytal River, FL, and of punching a store employee with a closed fist to the left side of her upper lip area, when she attempted to take the shopping cart filled with tools away from him in the parking lot. The report stated that witnesses detained Mr. Moreau in the parking lot until deputies arrived.

Danny Wayne Wills, 46, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000 (no bond).

Anthony Kyle Storman, 32, of Lakeland, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked and attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it ($1,500 bond).

Samantha Jane Eileen Best, 28, of Hernando, FL, was charged with child neglect without causing great bodily harm. resisting an officer without violence and driving under the influence ($3,000 bond).

Dominik Detzel, 26, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with property damage ($1,500 bond).

Latrell Thomas Margraff, 20, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa, FL on W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. at the intersection of S. Springbreeze Way, due to driving 70 mph in a 45 mph speed zone, Mr. Margraff was found to be in possession of 0.8 gram of cannabis, the report stated.

Samantha Marie Pradere, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). Deputies arrived at a commercial property located at 3330 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, FL due to the report of an unconscious woman lying under a tree near the parking lot. Deputies awakened the woman, Ms. Pradere, and learned that she was in possession of 0.3 gram of cocaine and a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue, the report stated.

Steven Bernard Miller, 59, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with endangering another person while intoxicated in public ($500 bond). A deputy arrived at the parking lot of the New England Pastry & Cafe, located at 3896 N. Lecanto Hwy, in Beverly Hills, FL, to find Mr. Miller, obviously intoxicated, in a fighting stance with his fists balled up, simulating punches while stating in a profane manner to a nearby witness that he was going to fight them, the report stated.

Dominic Mario Curtis, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond), after deputies were dispatched to Citrus Springs Golf Club, located at 8690 N. Golfview Dr. in Dunnellon, with a request that a man, later identified as Mr. Curtis, be trespassed from the location because he was becoming violent with employees. Deputies arrived to find Mr. Curtis driving recklessly on W. Country Club Dr., running a stop sign at N. Deltona Blvd., and crossing into oncoming traffic before coming to a stop at 5955 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills. A deputy reported that Mr. Curtis smelled of alcohol, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.304 and 0.298 (the legal limit is 0.08).

Michael Joe Lee Gaines, 43, of Orlando, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license ($500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness on S. Pleasant Grove Rd., south of Orvista Cir., due to Mr. Ganes driving a vehicle, traveling 54 mph in a 35 mph speed zone. He told deputies he'd never had a driver's license, the report stated.

Charles Jacob Turner, 27, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, a second or subsequent offense ($1,000 bond).

Bridget Sue Walters Cubbage, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for abuse or neglect of a disabled adult (no bond) 

Alexandria Leah Murphy, 31, of Worcester, MA, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Jeremy Rome Johnson, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation; domestic battery, and violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by committing domestic violence against the petitioner (no bond).

Ashleigh Nichole Elkins, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with burglary ($5,000 bond).

Jesse Daniel Bullock-Smith, 30, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one charge for fraudulent urine testing practives, and the other for a probation evidentiary hearing, with his bonds set at $1,013 and $5,013.

Rebecca Ranee Roblero Perez, 44, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for attempted murder ($20,000 bond). She was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. She's accused of cutting a woman's neck with a knife, June 21, at a W. Avocado St., Crystal River residence, and then leaving, with a man, in a vehicle, traveling into Marion County, FL, where she was taken into custody.

Jason Nathanial Weille, 42, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of petit theft, third or subsequent offense (no bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Anthony Leo Ferrio, 61, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($1,500 bond).

Jesse Don Licari, 36, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, first offensne) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Milton Del Rosario, 60, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for abuse of a disabled adult) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Jasmine Marie Dollar, 23, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.

Dwight Dean Smith, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $870.

Jeffery Adam Carpenter, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for burglary ($5,000 bond).

Ryan Donald Grant, 22, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug parpahernalia.

Justin Brown Gregg, 31, of Hernando, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with animal cruelty. The report stated that a dog was picked up by an animal control officer on Lakefront Dr. in Hernando, and a veterinarian at Citrus County Animal Services determined that the dog had been denied medical care for conditions that included,"severe mange, ear infections, flea infestation, long nails, and other skin infections," the report stated.

Erica Lyn Davis, 38, of Lady Lake, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop - due to two people not wearing seatbelts inside a vehicle traveling north on S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL - that was conducted in the parking lot of the McDonalds restaurant, located at 3740 S. Suncoast Blvd., Ms. Davis, the front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine and a syringe that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Latrell Thomas Margraff, 21, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond).    

Dennis Allen Hilborn, Jr., 52, of Inverness, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, and driving under the influence of alcohol ($1,500 bond). The report stated that deputies were notified of a traffic crash involving Mr. Hilborn in Crstal River, at the intersection of Highway 44 and N. Dunkenfield Ave., in which Mr. Hillborn, the driver, was believed to be impaired, according to a witness. The report stated that Mr, Hilborn smelled of alcohol, admitted he'd consumed a beer, and he performed poorly on roadside sobriety test. His breath alcohol results were measured at 0.285 and 0.282 (above the legal limit of 0.08), the report stated.

Shawn Douglas Carter, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle (no bond). He was additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence and resisting an officer with violence ($6,000 bond). The arrest report stated that when deputies attempted to arrest Mr. Carter on the warrant, that he resisted arrest, struggled with deputies, and pushed one of the deputies away from him. He later apologized to the deputies for fighting with them, the report stated.

Austin Nicole Harper, 20, of Hernando, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($2,000 bond). The report stated that three dogs and a potbellied pig at Harper's residence were in poor condition, with little body hair, poor skin condition. The report stated that several of the dogs had overgrown nails, and the pig had overgrown hoofs. The outside animals had poor condition water, and the inside animals had no food or water, the report stated.

UPDATED: Scott Douglas Freeman, 28, of Perry, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; resisting a merchant during a theft, and battery ($3,000 bond). Mr. Freeman is accused of placing six items valued at $681.94 into a shopping cart at the Inverness, FL Walmart store, and leaving the store without paying for the items, then of pushing a store loss prevention officer when he attempted to stop him. Mr. Freeman then got inside a gray passenger car with a female driver, which exited the store's parking lot and headed west on E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. A traffic stop was conducted on the car at S. Highview Ave. and W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Lecanto, FL. The female driver told deputies that they had driven from Lake City, FL to purchase a vehicle and they first stopped at the Dunnellon, FL Walmart store. The woman said that Mr. Freeman went inside the Dunnellon Walmart store alone and returned to the vehicle with fishing reels. Deputies located 17 fishing reels inside the car. According to the report, Freeman told a deputy, "I'm sorry; I did what I did, and you guys caught me."


Jesse Michael Kendzierski, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence) with his bond set at $505.

Hannah Ruby Stone, 23, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

John Joseph Sprain, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and carrying a concealed firearm ($7,000 bond).

Christine Ann Collier, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Morgan County, AL warrant as a fugitive from justice on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance (no bond).

William Allen Lee Potter, 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider or public transit employee ($6,000 bond).

Edwin Diaz, 69, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with property damage ($1,500 bond).    

Donald Lloyd Johnson, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of heroin) with his bond set at none.

Christopher Scott Schuler, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none. According to a report, Mr. Schuler attempted to avoid arrest by pulling away from deputies and pinching the arm of one of the deputies, so he was additionally charged with resisting an officer with violence ($5,000 bond).

Steven Mark Lane, II, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($27,000 bond).

Ronald Jack Taylor, 48, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.

Crystal Marie Peagler, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 (no bond).

Christina Elaine Harless, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,678.

Dustin Lane Beville, 25, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court: one on felony charges of three counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug parapnernalia (no bond) and the other on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Lindsay Marie Miller, 28, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug parpahernalia (no bond).

Nicholas Alexander Davis, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence) with his bond set at none.

Logan Alan Foster, 22, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop conducted in Beverly Hills, FL, due to a stop sign violataion.

Danielle Ann McGee, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL, due to a stop sign violation. During the traffic stop, Ms. McGee was found to be in possession of a shortened plastic straw and a smoking pipe, that both tested positive for methamphetamine.
