Eddie Toleford Ware, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief of $1,000 or more and battery ($2,500 bond).
Wesley Jerome Dixon, Jr., 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($1,000 bond). The victim accused Mr. Dixon of placing his hand over over her mouth, making it difficult for her to breathe, then grabbing the steering wheel of her car, forcing it into a ditch in the area of W. Homosassa Trail and S. Westmoreland Dr. in Homosassa, FL, then of kicking her car and running into a wooded area. The report stated that the victim's car had a dent in the door, and an eight inch-long crack in the driver's window.
Danielle Francis McCarthy, 39, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court of a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Christopher Yadiel Rodriguez Rivera, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
Lee Allen Breechen, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($928 bond).
Rachel Kathleen Brandel, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 ($1,000 bond). She was also arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).
David Alan Pritsky, 40, of Largo, FL, was arrested on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violation of an injunction), with his bond set at none.
Micheal Wayne Webb, 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).
Johnnie Edwardo Delvalle, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Eleazar Richard Van Nort, 33, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 ($1,000 bond).
Lourdes Ortiz, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with abuse of a disabled adult (no bond). She's accused of scratching the victim's chest during an argument regarding the victim refusing to give her money to retrieve her dog from a friend, according to the victim. The arrest report stated that Ms. Ortiz told a deputy that she did not remember what started the altercatation, that her breath smelled of alcohol and she slurred her words. Ms. Ortiz told the deputy that the victim grabbed her by both arms, pinned her down to the bed and struck her face, but the deputy reported that he saw no marks to indicate this had happened, while the victim had abrasions to his chest that were consistent with fingernails scratch-type wounds. The victim was wearing a pneumatic (orthopedic walking) boot and had a Veterans Affairs disability card, the report stated.

Gary Lee Foss, 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams.
Cody Garret McKendree, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, possession of drug paraphernalia, and burglary of a conveyance with battery ($15,000 bond).
Jennifer Marie Priddy, 35, and Ryan Alonzo Trotter, 41, both of Homosassa, FL, were each charged, at 4:37 pm, with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, with their bonds set at $3,000 each.
Tonya Rena Dabel, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug parpahernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa due to the driver, Ms. Dabel, failing to stop at a stop sign, she was found to be in possession of 4 grams of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue.
Nicholas Isaiah Austin, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,678 bond).
Lawrence Wesley Walls, Jr., 42, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failue to pay child support ($1,178 purge).
Scott Michael Green, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,177 cash purge).
Sarah Christine Allen, 23, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond). She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Emily A. Mitchell, 33, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of battery (no bond).
Jason Ray Mahoney, 32, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest report stated, at 6:10 pm, Mr. Mahoney was riding a bicycle in the roadway, against the flow of traffic on N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. in Hernando, causing a deputy to swerve in order to avoid striking him with his patrol vehicle. Mr. Mahoney was found to be in possession of approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine and a smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue.
Melinda Arline Ward, 34, of Floral City, FL, was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond).
William Walter Brown, 52, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Christopher Wayne Gittens, 41, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was made as the result of a traffic stop conducted for speeding on NW U.S. Hwy. 19 (N. Suncoast Blvd.) in Crystal River, FL. The report stated that Mr. Gittens performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.
Richard Jerry Apicerni, 59, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended, first offense; and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($2,500 bond).
Randall Dominic Worthington, 64, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by committing an act of stalking agsinst the petitioner ($1,000 bond).

She was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
James Daris Head, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted on S. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491) at W. Educational Path in Lecanto, FL, for driving 75 mph in a 55 mph speed zone.
Ronald Jack Taylor, 48, of Floral City, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; theft of a motor vehicle, trespassing in an occupied structure, and burglary of an occupied residence ($20,000 bond). He's accused of stealing a 2014 Yamaha Club Car golf cart from a neighbor's residence. Mr. Taylor was spotted by a deputy, driving the golf cart in the 8000-9000 block of E. Gobbler Dr. in Floral City, and admitted to the deputy that he'd stolen it from his neighbor. The golf cart had been missing for just a couple hours when it was recovered, just before midnight.

Michael Elliott Price, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Ryan Scott Wallace, 23, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with making a false report of a crime to law enforcement ($1,000 bond). Mr. Wallace reported to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) that his vehicle had been carjacked by two men as he was leaving a gas station located at U.S. Hwy. 41 South and W. Withlacoochee Trail in Citrus Springs (Dunnellon), Florida. He described the men, claimed he gave them a ride, and they sat in his back seat, while his dog sat in the front seat with him. He told a deputy that he was traveling east on W. Withlacoochee Trail, just a few hundred feet east of U.S. Hwy. 41 South, when one of the men struck his head with a pistol, which caused him to fall out of his vehicle, and the two men took off with his vehicle, traveling east on W. Withlacoochee Trail toward Hernando, Florida, and he walked east on W. Withlacoochee Trail, toward a gas station located on State Road 200 (N. Carl G. Rose Hwy.), so that he could use a phone. Mr. Wallace told a deputy that his cell phone and wallet were inside the stolen vehicle. The deputy reported that Mr. Wallace had a cut near the top of his head, and blood behind his right ear, but no dirt on his clothing. About nine deputies with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office were involved in searching for Mr. Wallace's vehicle. Deputies tracked Wallace's cell phone, and located it and his vehicle in a wooded area on the north side of E. Withlacoochee Trail, a few hundred feet west of N. Natchez Loop in Dunnellon, Florida. The vehicle was heavily damaged and appeared to have rolled over numerous times. No signs were found that additional people had been inside the vehicle, according to the report.

Christopher Jason Egbert, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($1,000 bond).
David Erik Larimer, 57, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Gary Allen Hatley, Jr., 46, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,177 cash only purge).
Paul Anthony Oquendo, 28, of Ocala, FL, was charged with battery of a detention or commitment facility staff member ($2,000 bond).
Thomas Leonard Westmoreland, III, 30, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance ($7,000 bond).
Kenneth Wayne Hooks, 48, of Hernando, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court.
Nicole Pelt, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
