Tabatha Beech, 45, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($2,500 bond).
Michelle Angelic Dowell, 49, of Bronson, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Levy County Detention Bureau on other charges (an out of county warrant and failure to appear in court) on June 13 was charged on June 14 with burglary and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300 ($30,000 bond), accused of stealing construction materials and tools from a Bronson construction site with another suspect, Tiffany Kinney White, 50, of Bronson, who was also arrested.
Charla Donyahl Duncan, 25, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 14, charged with two counts of selling methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($110,000 bond).
Kara S. Duncan, 23, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($12,000 bond).
Jeremy Lee Dutille, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 15, charged with battery, and criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000 ($20,000 bond).
Danielle Gainey, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office in Gainesville, FL, June 11, and transported to the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, June 18, charge with probation violation (no bond).
Dalton Michael Hudson, 21, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 18, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Emily Dawn Kirkland, 29, of Inglis, FL, was charged with dealing in stolen property ($15,000 bond). Ms. Kirkland is accused of selling a shed that belonged on a property she was renting (at that time) on Vicki St. in Inglis, that was reported stolen on March 28, 2021. Ms. Kirkand told deputies investigating the theft of the shed that she was unaware that the shed was missing. The report stated that many items, some of them valuable, had been removed from the shed before it was removed from the property. On May 3, 2021, based on a tip, a deputy located the stolen shed at a SE Diana St., Inglis residence. Two people, who live at the residence, told deputies that they, along with a third person, had purchased the shed from Ms. Kirkland, about a year or so previously, and provided a bill of sale that showed they had paid her $150 of $500 she'd charged for the shed, owing her a balance of $350.
Becky Lynn Michelback, 27, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with battery ($2,000 bond).
Michael Earl Moody, 59, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 14, charged with indecent exposure of his sexual organs ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a witness approached a deputy at the Shell gas station in Inglis, FL, with information that he'd seen a man squatting down, defecating on the side of the road, near the wooden bridge on Highway 40 East. He said he asked the man what he was doing, and the man, whom he later identified as Mr. Moody, stood up from the squatted position, exposed his sexual organ, and began shaking it. Upon his arrest, the report stated, Mr. Moody told the deputy that he wouldn't have done it, under normal circumstances, "I'm sorry. I had to go," he said.
Andre Deshawn Odom, 19, of Old Town, FL, was charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense (no bond).
Angela Elaine Pate, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 13, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond).
Marvin Perpich, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with violation of a condition of release (no bond).
Timothy Marc Rava, 65, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 18, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Natanael Rodriguez Rojas, 25, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 15, on an out of county warrant ($4,000 bond).
Tony Ledon Russ, 45, of Boynton Beach, FL, was arrested by Officer Crisp with an unspecified agency, June 16, charged with resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).
Kay Lynn Secord, 49, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 17, charged with conspiring to commit a first-degree felony, battery, simple assault of a person employed to provide a public service, criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000; and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($105,000 bond); and probation violation (no bond).
Waylon Joseh Sheffield, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($12,000 bond).
Mark Isaiah Smith, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office in Gainesville, FL, June 14, and booked into the Levy Couny Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, June 18, on a charge of probation violation (no bond).
Brandon Allen Spradlin, 22, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).
Andrew Touvelle, 26, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 14, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($35,000 bond).
William Dale Wheeler, 56, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 18, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200, but less than $1,000; resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($27,500 bond).
Tiffany Kinney White, 50, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 14, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation (no bond). She was also charged with possession of drug equipment, burglary, and petit theft of more than $100, but less than $300 ($32,500 bond). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop, during which Ms. White was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia items and wanted on the Citrus County warrant. The vehicle Ms. White was driving matched the description of a vehicle (black and white Nissan four-door car with a large "Punisher" decal on the hood) that was described by witneses as the vehicle used by two female suspects in a recent burglary of construction materials and tools from a residential construction site in Bronson, and she was arrested on charges related to the burglary, as well. The other suspect, Michelle Angelic Dowell, 49, of Bronson, who was already incarcerated at the Levy County Detention Bureau, was also arrested on the burglary charges.
William Jackson Whitener, 49, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, June 19, charged with driving under the influence, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Kyla Kay Wilcox, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 15, charged with probation violation (no bond).
