Derek Kyle Abrams, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston, FL residence. He was charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia ($60,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine), with his bond set at none.

Daniel D. Ackley, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was one of eight people arrested, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston, FL residence. He was arrested on a Marion County, FL capias for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license ($5,000 bond). 

Daniel Luke Arrington, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, on an out of county warrant ($10,000 bond).

Tiburcio Bautista Hernandez, 41, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 16, charged with driving under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($500 cash bond).

Martha Burr, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, May 11, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Roosevelt Hall, 33, of Chiefland, FL, was taken into custody. May 10, and held for the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, with his bond set at none.

Michael J. Harvey, 51, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at his residence, located at 91 NE 131st Ter. in Williston, FL. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($100,000 bond).

Jacqueline Marie Holden, 53, of Williston, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston residence. She was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia ($75,000 bond).

Noel Jauma, 44, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland, FL Police Department, May 15, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer without regard for the safety of people or property ($60,000 bond).

David Edward Japson, 37, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Neyolanda Kaham, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 11, charged with probation violation, with her bond set at release  on her own recognizance.

Gavin Leigh Loagon MacDonald, 22, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested by Deputy B. Wilson with an unspecified agency, May 11, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Jeremy Lee Miller, 47, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 11, charged with battery ($15,000 bond).

Stephen Clark Mimbs, 61, of Gainesville, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston, FL residence. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia ($35,000 bond).

David Wayne Morris, 56, of Williston, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston residence. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($75,000 bond).

Mikael Blayne Mullis, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, on an out of county warrant ($2,075 bond).

Max Payne, 29, of Ft. Pierce, FL, was arrested by a Deputy Parry with an unspecified agency, May 13, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Qua Travious Deia Rackard, 23, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 15, charged with failure to appear in court, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

UPDATED:  Christopher Michael Rankin, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 14, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and firing a weapon inside a residential property ($120,000 bond). Mr. Rankin is accused of firing a machine gun through the screen of an open laundry room window toward a neighboring home located 100 feet west of the residence on NW 72nd Ter. in Chiefland. According to the victim, she and Rankin had been arguing since he returned to her residence from Crystal River, FL where he'd lived with a relative for two months. She said he threatened to kill her if she did not leave the resiidence, and he then fired the gun. A neighbor, who said he was sitting on the porch, told deputies that he heard the shot and saw the victim running toward him shouting, "He is shooting!" He said he called 911, told the victim to go inside, and he sat guard with a rifle until deputies arrived. Rankin admitted to deputies that he'd purchased the gun while he was living in Crystal River, but denied that he'd fired it inside the laundry room, stating that he just wanted the victim to leave.

Brittney Nicole Rosensweet, 31, of Williston, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid that occurred at a 91 NE 131st Ter., Williston residence. She was charged with possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Detention officers discovered narcotics on her person when she entered the Levy County Detention Bureau, and she was additionally charged with smuggling contraband into a detention facility ($125,000 total bond).

Michael Self, Jr., 26, of Levy County, Florida, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, April 27, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, May 13, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

David Stumph, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by a Deputy R. Rivera with an unspecified agency, March 19, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, May 13, charged with probation violation (no bond).

UPDATED:  Jeffery Trout, 28, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 16, charged with battery (no bond). The arrest was the result of a domestic disturbance that occurred, May 12, at a Sapp St., Inglis residence. Deputies arrived as the residence to find the victim outside, visably upset, crying. She told a deputy, that during an argument, Trout had hit her numerous times to the back of her head, grabbed her arms and thrown her into a wall, and then left the residence with her Subutex prescription. The deputy reported that he noticed injuries to the victim's right wrist and left forearm that were consistent with her statement.

Stephen J. Weintraut, 36, of Anthony, FL, was one of eight people arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, during a drug raid at a 91 NE 131st Ter. Williston, FL residence. He was charged with possession of multiple items of drug paraphernalia ($25,000 bond). Some of the paraphernalia was located in a pair of pants, and according to press release, Weintraut told deputies, “I was wearing the pants, but they’re not mine.”
