James Boatwright, Sr., 57, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, charged with driving under the influence (DUI), third offense within ten years; refusal to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension; and driving while license suspended, a subsequent offense ($32,500 bond).
Andrew Trou Breton, 35, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 27, on an out of county warrant ($500 bond).
Natisha Brown, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 2, charged with trespassing (no bond).
Jake Bryant, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($7,000 bond).
Deleon Cheevers, 19, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (FL) Sheriff's Office, April 30, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Jennifer Dugas, 39, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, charged with driving while liense suspended, a subsequent offense; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession or use of drug equipment ($17,000 bond).
Jeremy Lee Dutille, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 29, charged with criminal mischief to property of more than $200, but less than $1,000 ($10,000 bond).
Daniel Gelormino, 21, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (FL) Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 30, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Cherie Lynn Guild, 43, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 2, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release on a domestic violence charge (no bond).
Annette Hildebrandt, 30, of O'Brien, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 30, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Danny Demeatrice Jackson, 24, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with simple assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, hindering a law enforcement officer in their duties, and disturbing the peace ($225,000 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in Bronson, FL, due to the license tag of a silver Ford truck being expired for several months. Mr. Jackson, a passenger inside the vehicle, was combative when deputies took him into custody, according to a press release. The driver, Sarah Muhammad, 39, of Norfolk, CT, was also arrested, charged wtih resisting an officer without violence, and disturbing the peace ($2,500 bond).
Casey Robert Jonas, 30, of Kissimmee, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 27, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Emily Rose Kleppe, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 28, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Boris Lindsey, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with engaging in public assistance fraud of more than $200, but less than $20,000 ($43,000 bond). Mr. Lindsey and his wife, Teressa Manning (see below), are accused of defrauding the North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority of $21,311 for rental assistance during the approximate timeframe of April 14, 2018 through September 1, 2020, for a home owned by Ms. Manning.
Teressa Manning, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with engaging in public assistance fraud of more than $200, but less than $20,000 ($50,000 bond). Ms. Manning and her husband, Boris Lindsey (see above), are accused of defrauding the North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority of $21,311 for rental assistance during the approximate timeframe of April 14, 2018 through September 1, 2020, for a home owned by Ms. Manning.
Sarah Muhammad, 39, of Norfolk, CT, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with resisting an officer without violence, and disturbing the peace ($2,500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in Bronson, FL, due to the license tag of a silver Ford truck being expired for several months. Ms. Muhammad, the driver, was uncooperative with deputies, according to the arrest report. Her passenger, Danny Jackson, 24, of Ocala, Florida, was arrested on a Marion County warrant (no bond) and additionally charged with resisting arrest with violence, obstructing a law enforcement officer, breach of peace, and assault of a law enforcement officer ($225,000 bond).
Travis Tyler Newell, 29, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 29, charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possesion or use of drug equipment ($16,000 bond).
Hazel Pinson, 34, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (FL) Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Detentin Bureau, April 30, charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, firefighter or emergency medical services technician, etc.; and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($55,000 bond). She was also charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).
Cody Pointer, 27, of St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested by Deputy Grill with an unspecified agency, April 16, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 28, charged with probation violation (no bond).
David Johnell Reynolds, 18, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (FL) Police Department, April 29, charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($25,000 bond).
Steven Dewayne Rhodes, 46, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 25, charged with 1 count of battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician, etc.; 2 counts of resisting an officer with violence, and 1 count of resisting an officer without violence ($225,000 bond). He was also charged with 1 count of battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician, etc., with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Robert Lee Richardson, 23, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 1, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a first degree felony proceeding ($5,000 bond).
Cynthia Ricks, 63, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, charged with failure to appear in court ($1,000 bond).
Tammy Diane Roden, 52, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 28, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams, and possession or use of drug equipment ($118,000 bond).
Heather Maire Rose, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 27, on an out of county warrant (no bond). She was also charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession or use of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).
UPDATED: James Rowe, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 2, charged with criminal mischief to property in the amount of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; and criminal attempt to solicit a second degree felony (no bond). Mr. Rowe is accused of dousing a Neeld St., Inglis residence with gasoline and threatening to burn it down, May 1, while no one was inside the home. Mr. Rowe told a deputy that he was angry with a person who lives at the residence due to a personal issue. The report stated that deputies arrived at the residence, the previous day, when the incident was reported, but no action had been taken due to deputies having no evidence that a crime had been committed. However, deputies returned to the residence, May 2, after the resident obtained a surveillance video that showed Mr. Rowe pouring a liquid onto the residence, that was stained with a substance that smelled like gasoline.
Robert Lee Schladant, 63, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (FL) Police Department, April 29, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Larry Smith, 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 27, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($75,000 bond), and probation violation (no bond).
