Ann Marie Auten, 51, of Belmont, NC, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($5,000 bond).
Tammy J. Bryant, 51, of Hernando, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (FL) Police Department, April 19, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and giving a false name or identification to a law enforcement officer ($22,500 bond).

James Daniel Rone, 39, of Bronson, FL, was sentenced in Levy County Court, April 19, for driving under the influence with a person under the age of 18 in attendance, with his bond set at credit for time served.
James Raymond Rowe, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 22, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in Inglis due to Mr. Rowe, the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle, not wearing a seatbelt. The report stated that Mr. Rowe told the arresting deputy that the seatbelt had been removed from the vehicle, that he failed to comply with the arresting deputy, and he was found to be in possession of a syringe that contained 31 units of liquid methamphetamine. Mr. Rowe complained of a medical emergency and was transported to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers medical center in Crystal River, FL and medically cleared prior to being transported to the Levy County Detention Facility in Bronson, FL.

Christopher Hugh Thornton, 48, of Lake Butler, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 25, charged with driving under the influence, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
David Tolbert, 66, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 23, charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with property damage ($5,000 bond).
Sean Ryan Turchin, 32, of New Port Richey, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 25, charged with posession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession or use of drug equipment (no bond).
Branden Tyrrell, 20, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 23, charged with property damage of $200 or less, armed burglary, grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000; and grand theft of a firearm ($20,000 bond). Mr. Tyell is accused of breaking into an Inglis residence and taking several items. Items he's suspected of taking include $300 in change, beer, jewelry, food items, candles, and a shotgun in a leather gun case. The arrest report stated that screens on a rear porch were cut, a rear window was broken, and the home had been rummaged through. The report also stated that Mr. Tyrrell was viewed on a Ring surveillance camera during 6:03-6:18 pm, and at 6:24 pm, the surveillance camera had been covered with a cloth, and no further video surveillance was available.
Alicia Marie Warriner, 51, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 22, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).
Andrrew John Whiting, 30, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with battery, and contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($5,000 bond).
