Nichole Marie Adams, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Marion County, FL Sheriff's Office, April 15, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($2,000 bond).

David Charles Albritton, 46, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 15, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Christian Andrews, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 12, on an out of county warrrant (no bond). He was also charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Laura Marie Battaglia, 54, of Inglis, Florida, was arrested by the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office in Punta Gorda, FL, April 11, and booked into the Charlotte County Jail, also in Punta Gorda, FL, on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,500 bond).

Shaun Phillip Bond, 54, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 18, charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more (no bond). Deputies first responded to the Food Ranch suupermarket, located at 40 North U.S. Hwy. 19 in Inglis, due to the report of a man, walking around the parking lot holding a lawnmower blade, telling people that he had not stolen their drugs. A call was soon received from a Risher Street resident who reported that a man, later identified as Mr. Bond, had damaged the window of a door and made an approximately five-inch cut into a screen at the back of the house with the lawnmower blade, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage to the door and $50 to the screen. Deputies next received a call that Mr. Bond was at the Shell gas station, located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 and Highway 40 West, just two minutes away from the Risher Street residence. Mr. Bond was soon located at the intersection of Risher Street and Highway 40 West, riding a bicycle, still in posession of the lawnmover blade. The report stated that Mr. Bond admitted that he'd hit the victim's door with the lawnmower blade, damaging it.

Joseph David Clemons, 23, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 15, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Delania Monique Evans, 41, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 16, charged with possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and two counts of possession or use of drug equipment ($31,000 bond). She was also charged with posession of marijunna less than 20 grams, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Jessie Freeman, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($4,000 bond).

Quinton Henry, 26, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, April 15, charged with sale of methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or business, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession or use of drug equuipment, and two counts of using a two-way device to facillitate the commission of a felony ($290,000 bond). He was also arrested on the following charges, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance: possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or business, and selling a Schedule III or IV controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or business.

Victor Alfonso Iraheta Delcid, 35, of Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 14, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession or use of drug equipment, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Daniel Lawayne Jones, 31, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, April 12, charged with possession of cocaine, and posession or use of drug equipment ($6,500 bond).

Alejandro Juarez, 42, of Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 17, on an ou of county warrant, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Crystal Kirkland, 33, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Thomas Matthew Lamb, 23, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 14, charged with three counts of failure to appear in court, with his bonds set at $1,000, $2,000, and release on his own recognizance.

Hunter Lee Laroche, Sr., 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($100 bond).

Jared Allen Markham, 18, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with reckless driving, first offense; and fleeing from law enforcement with disregard for the safety of persons or property ($60,000 bond).

Desmond Dierel McMahon, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 12, charged with possession of marijuana, a Schedule I controlled substance, with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($5,000 bond).

Juania Nicole Milligan, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Russell Mitchem, III, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 16, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and possession of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance, with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($12,500 bond).

Barbara Olsen, 52, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 15, charged with driving under the influence, with her bond set at credit for time served.

Gregory Ramirez, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with giving false information to a pawn broker regarding items valued at $300 or more, and dealing in stolen property ($20,000 bond).

Wyatt Lee Rhodes, 21, of Fort Pierce, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, April 16, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Kia Simmons-Morgan, 35, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, April 13, charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer, with her bond set at credit for time served.

Carlo Charles Sinnard, 47, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, charged with withholding support of child or spouse ($2,070 cash only bond). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession or use or drug equipment ($15,000 bond).

Mackenzie Everette Speir, 32, of Wiseman, Arkansas, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 12, on an out of county warrant, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Trevor Edward Stewart, 25, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with sights and sirens activated, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession or use of drug equipment ($7,000 bond).

Caleb Stinton, 31, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 16, charged with battery, second or subsequent offense ($50,000 bond).

Isiah Valentin, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 14, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).
