UPDATED: Matthew Anderson, 32, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, charged with misuse of the 911 emergency system, and resisting an officer without violence ($20,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Anderson had called 911, three times that morning, at 6:05 am, 6:38 am and 10:19 am, without stating any emergency, although he'd been instructed to call the agency's non-emergency line, if he didn't have an emergency. About 10:30 am, he was arrested during a traffic stop in Bronson, after having described his vehicle during his third non-emergency 911 call, according to the arrest report. He allegedly attempted to drive off during the traffic stop and refused to exit his vehicle when instructed to, by a deputy.
Chastity Falea Ball, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 5, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.
Ryan Barr, 41, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Nathaniel Caleb Bray, 27, of Branford, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Creg Alfonza Brown, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 9, on three counts of failing to register as a sex offender as required by law ($85,000 bond).
Kentavious Brown, 20, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, charged with probation violaion (no bond).
Rudolph Nathaniel Cox, 37, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 5, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Robert Dias, 40, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 11, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Delania Monique Evans, 41, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 11, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,000 bond).
UPDATED: Steven C. Fields, 23, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, charged with burglary, second degree petit theft, first offense; and forgery of a check ($45,000 bond). Mr. Fields is accused of steaking three checks from a checkbook at a SE 111th Terrace, Williston residence and making out one of the checks in the amount of $200, labeling it as "work," and cashing it at the Drummond Bank in Ocala, Florida. Mr. Fields admitted his guilt, explaining that he saw the checks on a desk and stole them when he went inside the home to use the restroom while he was mowing the lawn at the residence, April 5. The other two checks were not processed by the bank, and the bank placed a hold on them, according to the report.
Daryl Hunter, 58, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Curtis Lamar Jones, 55, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).
Daniel Kis, 45, of Middleburg, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key, FL Police Deprtment, April 10, charged with battery, and disorderly public intoxication, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance on both charges.
UPDATED: Tony J. Knight, 35, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, charged with grand theft of a motorcycle, operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($36,000 bond). A deputy on patrol in Chiefland, FL ran the tag number of a silver and red Honda motorcycle being driven by Mr. Knight, traveling north on N. Main St., and learned that the motorcycle had been reported stolen from Marion County on Feb. 7, 2021. The deputy conducted a traffic stop on the motorcycle at the entrance to Chiefland RV Park, located on NW 11th Ave. Mr. Knight had no motorcycle endorsement on his driver's license, the report stated, and he was found to be in possession of 0.05 gram of methamphetamine.
Valerie Renee Loury, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 5, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Jaci G. McArthur, 25, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by Levy County Probation Services, April 6, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Angela Conkling Phillips, 45, of St, Johns, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key, FL Police Depatment, April 10, charged with simple assault by threatening to do violence, and disorderly public intoxication, with both bonds set at release on her own recognizance.
Mitchael Porterfield, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual traffic offender ($10,000 bond).
Marblee Seabrook, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($10,000 bond).
Angela Michele Sheridan, 58, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 11, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($1,500 bond).
Gerald R. Shields, 74, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($5,000 bond).
Shelby Nicole Stokes, 23, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland, FL Police Department, April 5, charged with illegal use of a credit card of $100 or more, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and escape ($45,000 bond).
Daniel Leonard Walker, 55, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 5, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
UPDATED: Terri Lynn Wilgus, 54, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, charged with battery ($1,000 bond). The arrest was related to a 911 call for service to a Marjorie St., Inglis residence. During an argument between Ms. Wilgus and another person, both claimed that the other had been physical. The arrest report stated that the other person involved in the argument had fresh scratch marks to the face, while Ms. Wilgus had bruising to an arm that was dark and appeared to be an older bruise.
