Levy County Detention Bureau, Bronson, Florida

Andrew Joseph Allan, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 31, charged with battery ($3,000 bond). He's accused of grabbing a person's arm to prevent them from entering a residence, and then of shoving the person outside of the residence. Although Allan denied the accusation, a witness corroborated the victim's account of the inciden, and the deputy reported a mark on the victim's arm consistent with the victim's and witness's account of the incident.

Daniel Luke Arrington, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 1, charged with battery ($15,000 bond).

Sarah Alexandra Bell, 21, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland, FL Police Department, March 31, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).

Jonathan Michael Boone, 41, of Raiford, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 31, on an out of county warrant ($10,000 bond).

Waylan John Campbell, 29, of Cedar  Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March  29, on an out of county warrant ($3,500 bond).

Anthony Alan Chiccarello, 39, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 29, charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with property damage. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.

Cassie Lynn Davis, 31, of Tallahassee, FL, was arrested by the Williston, FL Police Department, March 29, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($500 bond).

Candice Douglas, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 30, charged with simple assault (threaten intent to do violence), with her bond set at $1,000.

Ralph Kenneth Flack, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 3, charged with battery ($15,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Flack and another person ("ze") at an Inglis, Florida RV park each accused the other of being the perpetrator in a physical altercation. The report stated that Flack told a deputy that ze punched him, approximately ten times, to both sides of his head and also hit his right ear with a can of dog food, but Mr. Flack had no injuries consistant with his claim, although he did have several fresh small cuts to his right palm and one to his left index finger. The deputy reported that ze claimed that Flack punched ze with a closed fist, grazing ze's right face and cheek, so ze then struck Flack with a kettle pot, and Flack then forced ze onto a bench, which injured the back of ze's thigh. The deputy reported that ze had a small, fresh cut to the left forearm and a fresh cut/scrape to the right thigh, consistent with ze's statement.


Toni Howard, 60, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland, FL Police Department, April 4, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense (no bond).

Michael Raymond Keller, 32, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 1,  charged with battery and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($70,000 bond).

Christopher Glenn Kelly, 35, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 31, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Ethan Alexander Morris, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested, March 1, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 1, on an out of county warrant ($14,500 bond).

Thomas Padgett, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 29, charged with driving while licene suspended as an habitual offender ($10,000 bond).

Leldon Ray Robinson, 20, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 1, charged with criminal mischief (damaging property in the amount of $1,000 or more), with his bond set at $1,000.

Armando Jose Rodriguez, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 30, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, driving under the influence, and driving while license suspended, first offense ($9,000 bond).

David Rose, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 31, charged with disorderly conduct by brawling or fighting. His bond was set at credit for time served.

Christopher Alan Roy, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, April 3, charged with battery causing bodily harm. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.

Donald Towns, 44, of Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 3, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Branden Tyrrell, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 29, charged with disorderly conduct by brawling or fighting. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance. The arrest report stated that Mr. Tyrrell was at a residence located in the 500 block of Highway 40 West in Inglis, that he termed "a known drug house," because his girlfriend was there and refused to leave. The woman told a deputy that she did not want Mr. Tyrrell there. The report stated that Tyrrell told the deputy he would leave, but he would return when the deputy left, that Tyrrell, "contined to yell expletives after being asked not to," and the residence was located "about fifty yards from Yankeetown School," that was beginning its dismissal process.

Kevin Valentine, 54, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 3, charged with trespassing ($3,000 bond).
