German Obdulio Aguilar Reyes, 23, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 28, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle without a valid license (no bond).
Amber Lynn Allard, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with aggravated battery, child abuse without great bodily harm, and withholding support of a child or spouse ($10,520 bond).
Two Crystal River residents, Ralph Kenneth Flack, 42, and Robin Lynn Bartholomew, 58, were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, in Inglis, FL, March 25, as the result of a complaint by a taxicab driver. About 6:00 pm, the taxicab driver informed a deputy that, about 11:25 am, he'd picked up Ms. Bartholomew and Mr. Flack in Tampa, FL, and the two had paid him $200 of the $250 the driver said he'd quoted them, to drive them from Tampa to Ocala, FL. The driver said he'd driven them all around the Inglis area before stopping in front of the Shrimp Landing restaurant, and before Mr. Flack had gone into the Buoy Bar (located next door to the restaurant), he'd informed the two that they owed him $175, their belongings were still inside his taxicab, and the meter was still running. According to the arrest reports, both refused to pay the driver. Mr. Flack's report stated that he smelled of alcohol, admitted he'd consumed alcohol, and threatened the life of the deputy and the deputy's family. Mr. Flack and Ms. Bartholomew were each charged with hiring a vehicle with intent to defraud. Mr. Flack was additionally charged with threatening a law enforcement officer and his/her family, and disorderly public intoxication. Flack's bond was set at $55,000, while Ms. Bartholomew's was set at $10,000.
Frederick Charles Carpenter, 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 27, charged with a violation of a sex offender requirement: failing to report a name or address change ($5,000 bond).
Eric Patrick Catello, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, March 23, charged with loitering or prowling. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Danielle Elizabeth Craft, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Randy Travis Gibson, 33, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).
Tony Knight, 35. of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with contempt of court by violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($25,000 bond).
Jeffrey Lashley, 61, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 27, charged with a sex offender violation: failing to provide location or other information; and violation of a condition of release ($80,000 bond).
Jesse Robert L'Hommedieu, 38, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Ronald Kevin Lucas, 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 24, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of drug equipment ($2,000 bond).
Edward Morales, 33, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 25, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($1,000 bond), He was also charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment, with his bonds set at release on his own recognizance.
Everette Muth, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested, Oct. 9, 2020, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, March 22, 2021, charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted U.S. felon, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, and grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000 (no bond).
Darren Reese, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Williston Florida Police Department, March 21, charged with possession of a Schedule III or Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell ($50,000 bond).
Sebastian Reza, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 25, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($7,500 bond).
Waylon Joseph Sheffield, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 27, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense; and dealing in stolen property (no bond).
Ramon Pelegrin Solano, 60, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, March 22, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, with his cash bond set at $500.
Roger Spruill, 23, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).
Krista Danyale Ward, 32, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshals Service, March 24, on a felony arrest warrant. The report stated that Ms. Ward did not answer the door, however, a deputy saw her look outside, through a window blind, and deputies found a full plate of food at the table. Deputies located her, inside the residence, hiding inside a cabinet, approximately three to four feet above floor level. She was arrested on the warrant on charges of grand theft of $5,000 or more, but less than $10,000 (no bond); and failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond). She was additionally charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($10,000 bond),
Jimmie Wells, 78, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 25, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and domestic battery ($7,500 bond).
Ted Aija Williams, Jr., 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 25, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and trafficking in 14 or more grams of methamphetamine ($30,000 bond).
Mattew Wilson, 56, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 28, charged with disorderly public intoxication ($2,000 bond).
