Jason Eric Adams, 26, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Jason Clukey, 40, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (no bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to Clukey's residence due to the report of an argument, and Clukey, who exhibited signs of being intoxicated, was argumentative with deputies when they atempted to speak with the other person involved in the argument. The report stated that deputies had to use force when they attempted to take him into custody, which included striking the side of a knee, and dry-tasering (drive stunning) him to his side with a taser (electronic stun device). The report stated that he met the criteria for the Marchman Act (mandatory assessment and treatment of a person abusing drugs or alcohol who appear to be a danger to themselves or others) to be transported to Meridian Behavioral Healthcare in Gainesville, FL, but it was unclear if he was transported there. However, he was taken into custody at 4:35 pm, and booked into jail at 10:44 pm.
Deana Michelle Esslinger, 39, of Ceday Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Gary Keith Fowler, 42, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 19, charged with driving under the influence, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($10,000 bond).
Octavious J. Gore, 37, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Christopher Morgan Hoffman, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 15, on an out of county warrant ($2,999 bond).
Josiah Malcom Jones, 20, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, on three counts of probation violation (no bond).
Raymond Allen King, 38, of Hawthorne, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance,
Anthony Quinn Knight, 55, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Jackie Mitchem, 62, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 15, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($17,500 bond).
Marrio Kentrell Monroe, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 19, charged with withholding support of child or spouse. His cash only bond was set at $6,070.
Christopher Charles Murray, 53, of Bevely Hills, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department (Williston, FL), March 15, charged with aggravated stalking, following, harrassing, cyberstalking or making a credible threat to a person ($100,000 bond).
Hoyt Joice Neeley, 80, of Horseshoe, Florida, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 18, charged with indecent exposure of his sexual organs. He was later released on his own recognizance. He's accused of exposing himself to shoppers while riding around the Chiefland, Florida Walmart store on a motorized scooter. According to CBS 12 news in West Palm Beach, Florida, investigators had received similar previous complaints about a suspect who matched Mr. Neeley's description, but no suspects had been determined.
Ronald Eugene Newman, Jr., 50, of Waldo, FL, was arrested at the Levy County Courthouse, March 17, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense. His bond was set at credit for time served.
Andrew Phillips, 42, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 20, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disorderly public intoxication ($4,000 bond).
Michelle Leigh Presnell, 42, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, March 20, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disturbing the peace ($1,000 bond).
Jose Quintero-Valdez, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 19, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($500 bond).
David Everett Richards, 56, of Daytona Beach, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 17, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($500 bond).
Heather Lynn Seeko, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 20, charged with driving under the influence ($10,000 bond).
Darla Marie Skelton, 38, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, March 16, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($5,000 bond).
Rodney Paul Sparks, 55, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Willy Tellocano, 21, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 18, charged with driving under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Tonya Marie Turner, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 18, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
Gary Ray Walker, 55, of Cocoa, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 19, charged with driving while license susprended, third or subsequent offense ($2,000 bond).
Deonte James Washington, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 15, charged with sex offender violations: one count of failing to report email address or other internet identifiers, and two counts of failing to register as a sex offender ($255,000 bond).
Walter Charles Willoughby, Sr., 36, of Pinellas, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County Sheriff's Office in Cross City, FL, March 19, to hold for another agency.
