Reginald Ventrell Adams, Sr., 58, of Orlando, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 1, charged with disorderly public intoxication ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOTS UPDATED: Kolar Lewis Corkill, 20, of Chiefland, FL, will be arrested after his release from a Gainesville, FL hospital, according to the Levy County Sheriff's Office, as the result of an incident that occurred about 6:48 pm, March 7, when deputies were dispatched to the 12000 block of NW 91st Ter. in Chiefland, due to the report of a man (later identified as Corkill) wearing only his underwear, behaving in an erratic manner. Deputies arrived to find Corkhill unconscious, with numerous lacerations to his body. While emergency medical services was enroute, Corkill regained consciousness and attacked deputies, who were forced to use a Taser three times to unsuccessfully stop him. With the assistance of an off-duty detention officer, deputies were able to restrain Mr. Corkill, who was found to be under the influence of several types of drugs and alcohol. Corkill recently moved to Levy County and was out of jail on bond after his Feb. 25 arrest in Levy County on an Alachua County, FL warrant. He will be charged with two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and disorderly public intoxication. 

SEE MUGSHOT UPDATED: Louis Vito Dambrosio, 86, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 6, charged with battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($60,000 bond). Mr. Dambrosio is accused of grabbing the victim by her hair, and later pulling a knife from his pocket, telling the vicitim to shut up and threatening to cut out her tongue, then pushing her onto a couch and punching her three times to the left side of her face, causing bruises near her left eye, the report stated. The victim told a deputy that Dambrosio had become more violent toward her during the past month, and during the past week, he'd been hitting her, pulling her hair and threatening to kill her. A deputy reported that he located a knife in Mr. Dambrosio's pocket that matched the victim's description of the knife allegedly used by Mr. Dambrosio, but he denied that he'd done anything to the victim.

Kurtis Daniels, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 1, charged with driving while license supended, second offense ($3,000 bond).

Don Davis, Jr., 51, of Horseshoe Beach, FL, was arrested by GFWF Officer James Fox, March 3, charged with violating a level two Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rule, and violating shellfish laws ($1,000 bond).

Zackary Lars Dillon, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 3, charged with possession of greater than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.

SEE MUGSHOT Terry Carol Dukes, Jr., 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 6, charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant person he should have known was pregnant ($50,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Michael Earnhardt, 20, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 5, charged with domestic battery by strangulation, and failure to appear in court ($52,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT UPDATED: Mark Emery, 66, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, charged with driving under the influence. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance. The arrest occurred in Inglis, near the Family Dollar store at North U.S. Hwy. 19 and N. Inglis Ave., after several witnesses reported that he drove recklessly into opposing lanes of traffic, nearly causing a head-on collision. Mr. Emery was still inside his vehicle when the deputy arrived, and according to the report, he exhibited signs of impairment, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and admitted to having consumed three shots of tequila and not eating since 7:30 am that day. His breath alcohol content was measured at 0.171 and 0.159 (the legal limit is 0.08).

SEE MUGSHOT Vivian D. Fletcher, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested at her residence by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 3, on a Georgia warrant for murder and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime. She's accused of the stabbing death on Aug. 8, 2020, of 31 year-old Antonio Blanding, in Columbus, GA. She is being held at no bond, awaiting extradition to Georgia.

Cameron Geer, 19, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 5, charged with battey. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.

Melissa Jane Goerlach, 38, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 6, charged with failure to appear in court ($500 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Wesley Burns Goold, 49, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 3, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($2,500 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT UPDATED: Paula Lynn Johnson, 50, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 6, charged with burglary with assault or battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance. The report stated that Mr. Johnson is accused of letting herself inside a Vicki St., Inglis, FL residence and getting into an argument with a person inside, during which she allegedly grabbed the victim by her hair, shoulders and throat, and smashed a glass container with her hands. A deputy reported that the victim had a "fresh long abrasion" to the left side of her neck, and that Ms. Johnson smelled of alcohol and had no glass fragments on her hands.

Dorothy Kay Karsmizki, 40, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, and fruad by impersonating another person or giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($15,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Holly Eileen Maravolo, 57, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 3, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release on a domestic violecne charge, resisting or obstructing an officer without viiolence, and fraud by impersonating another person or giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($11,000 combined bonds). She was also charged with battery, a second or subsequent offense (no bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Gary Roy Thunquest, 53, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, on a Citrus County warrant for aggravated battery, and felony domestic battery by strangulation. He was additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence, and failing to report a new residence as required by law of a sex offender in the State of Florida ($185,000 bond). Thunquest is accused of battering his girlfriend during an argument, March 1, by choking and kicking her and striking her with a chair, which resulted in her being hospitalized for injuries that included broken bones, then of resisting arrest, the following day, when deputies located him and took him into custody.

Mathew Daniel Trent, 37, of Powell, TN, was arrested by GFWF Officer James Fox, March 3, charged with violating a level two Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rule, and violating shellfish laws ($1,000 bond).

Wayne Vinson, Jr., 56, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by GFWF Officer James Fox, March 3, charged with selling or transferring a vessel without delivering the title, violating a level two Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rule, and violating shellfish laws ($1,500 bond).
