Free breakfast and lunch for 55 Marion County, FL schools during 2023-2024 school year

Marion County, Florida - The Food and Nutrition Department of Marion County Public Schools will provide free breakfast and lunch to all students, regardless of family income, at 55 school sites for the 2023-2024 school year. This means the district's projected 44,400 students can receive free meals without question. This program is provided in partnership with the Community Eligibility Provision initiative and is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture. No application is required to participate.
