Hernando/Citrus MPO meeting to be held in Brooksville, FL, April 4
The Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, April 4, 2024, 1:30 p.m. EDT, at the Brooksville City Council Chambers, located at 201 Howell Avenue in Brooksville, Florida.
Items on the agenda include, but are not limited to:
• Presentation by the General Planning Consultant Kimley-Horn of the status of the 2050 Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), review of the preliminary revenue forecasts, goals, objectives and performance measures.
• Review and approval of February 1, 2024, meeting Minutes.
• Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Hernando/Citrus MPO Annual Certification Summary and Joint Certification Statement.
• Hernando/Citrus MPO Lease Agreement with Hernando County Board of County Commissioners (Building Division) - Request to Renew Office Space Lease.
• Resolution to adopt the MPO Travel Rate Policy Update.
• Review and approval of the Update to the Bylaws of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).
• Hernando County and Citrus County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board member appointments.
