National Alzheimer's Project (NAPA) Reauthorization Act

Fantastic news! The bipartisan National Alzheimer's Project (NAPA) Reauthorization Act has reached a milestone with 100 cosponsors in the House, as well as 35 in the Senate, thanks to voices like yours. This is encouraging, but our journey doesn't end here. Congress has an opportunity to advance NAPA Reauthorization, along with the Alzheimer's Accountability and Investment Act soon, so we - Your Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Team and you - need to keep the momentum going now, to ensure swift renewal of these important bipartisan bills.

To help with the renewal of these bills, contact your members of Congress, by way of the Alzheimer's Association's Alzheime's Impact Movement ("AIM"), at this link: https://p2a.co/Er75Rme, where you can send your representatives a message. Personalize your message; tell them you're thrilled about the 135 cosponsors for NAPA, but we need their support to cross the finish line. Share with them why continued support for Alzheimer's legislation matters to you, and urge your representatives to keep pushing for the passage of these critical acts.

Support Groups

Support groups create a safe, confidential environment and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also inform participants about dementia and help them develop skills to solve problems.
