        Individuals with Down syndrome are living longer than ever, but for people with Down syndrome, increased life expectancy comes with a greatly increased risk for Alzheimer's. Neurologist and researcher Dr. Beau Ances of Washington University in St. Louis, MO, who will talk about the connection between Down syndrome and Alzheimer's disease, current research being done in the field - including how you can get involved, and where the future is heading. Attend a support group to share ideas and learn from others like yourself. We offer support groups for caregivers and individuals living with Alzheimer's or other dementia.
