DESCRIPTION:  For centuries we've known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join Carol White, MSW, CDP, CACCDT, Alzheimer's Community Educator, and Bill Ross, MS, CI/CT, Sign Language Ingterpreter to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and tips to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. In partnership with Hands Up Communications, this webinar will be interpreted for Deaf/hard of hearing people using American Sign Language. Viewers may use the closed caption feature in Zoom. Best viewing is on a regulat or laptop computer.
