You are Not Alone - Join a Support Group
Alzheimer's Association support groups provide emotional, educational and social support through regularly scheduled meetings where strict confidentiality is maintained. Support groups help participants develop coping methods and encourage the maintenance of their personal, physical and emotional health, as well as optimal care for the person living with Alzheimer's or other dementias.
We offer two types of support groups: caregiver and early-stage. They are regularly scheduled in-person, virtual or telephonic gatherings of persons living with Alzheimer's, family, friends or caregivers.
Attend a support group to share ideas and learn from others like yourself. Call 1-800-272-3900 or click here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Gyv-zC-3L3uIi6p0YBQBKxE2MMYvJH4W/view.
