Support for Caregivers, People with Dementia and the Community
Support Groups Help
You don’t have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders alone when you are dealing with the many challenges of dementia. There are many people who are traveling the same path as you. Support groups are a gathering of people that focus on how they can help each other. They are a safe place to listen and share. The Alzheimer's Association offers support groups for caregivers and individuals living with early stage Alzheimer's or other dementia. In-person, virtual and telephonic groups are available.
