Levy County Supervisor of Elections Office

Levy County, Florida - The Supervisor of Elections (SOE) will hold a free 'Candidate University' on Thursday, January 13, 2022, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, for people interested in running for public office or learning about the candidate process. The class will be held at the Supervisor of Elections Office, located at 421 S. Court St. in Bronson, Florida 32621. 

The three-hour class will explain each step of the election process, which includes pre-filling, collecting petitions and qualifying, along with campaign pitfalls, audits, recounts and an election being contested. Upon completion of the class, participants will receive a certificate.
