It is important to talk about what matters most and the care you would want when faced with a serious or sudden illness. Having the conversation with family members today ensures they know what you want tomorrow. Join us in person, or virtually, to learn more about advance directives, advance care planning, how to have the conversation, and how to document your decisions.

2021 Family Caregiver Conference, "Dancing Through the Decades!"
This free event will take place on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm at the One Health Center, located at 1714 Southwest 17th Street in Ocala, Florida.
The conference will be streamed live online for caregivers who may not be able to attend in-person.
Registration is limited for the in-person event to ensure social distancing. Masks are encouraged. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Join us for entertainment, to listen to knowledgable speakers, and to attend the Virtual Dementia Tour. The Virtual Dementia Tour will be offered by appointment only, details will be provided closer to the event date. Please note the location change from an earlier conference announcement.
