Citrus County Fire Rescue temporary relocates office to Lecanto due to electrical fire
Lecanto, Florida - Due to an electrical fire, which was quickly extinguished, and the resulting water damage from the fire sprinklers at Citrus County Fire Rescue headquarters, the fire administration office has been temporarily relocated to the Lecanto Government Building, located at 3600 W. Sovereign Path, Suite 141, in Lecanto until the damages are repaired. It is unknown at this time how long this will take. The agency's usual location is 1520 N. Meadowcrest Blvd., Crystal River, Florida.
