Recreational harvest of spotted seatrout closes February 1, 2023 in the Western Panhandle Management Region (Escambia County through the portions of Gulf County west of 85 degrees 13.76 minutes west longitude, but NOT including Indian Pass or Indian Lagoon).
Spotted seatrout harvest will reopen in the Western Panhandle Management Region March 1, 2023.

Bag Limits
Western Panhandle - 3 fish (February recreational closure)
Big Bend - 5 fish
South Florida - 3 fish
Central East - 2 fish (November-December recreational closure)
Northeast - 5 fish
Recreational Slot Size Limit
15 to 19 inches total length
Vessel Limit
1 seatrout over 19 inches per vessel
For-Hire Trip
Captain and crew prohibited from keeping a bag limit on a for-hire trip
Daily Commercial Limits
50 per harvester and 100 per vessel
