Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)

The Suwannee Lake Fish Management Area (FMA), located at 7882 91st Road in Live Oak (Suwannee County), Florida, will be closed Jan. 13-16, 2023, for fisheries management activities that will be conducted by staff members of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). These management activities are part of the FWC’s Florida Trophy Bass Project, a new effort to ensure that Florida will be the trophy bass capital of the world through fisheries management, documentation and promotion.
