JULY 5, 2020, CCSO: At 10:05 am, two Hernando residents were each charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond): Henley Wayne Corne, 37, and Christine Theresa Adams, 38. JULY 4, 2020, CCSO: Deborah Elizabeth Lewis, 35, of Inverness, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). JULY 6 John Robert Curtis, 56, of Lake City, Florida, on July 6, was arrested by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle. He was transported by a CCSO deputy from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on the warrant (no bond). Alexa Dorbad, 29, of Inverness, on July 6, was arrested by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, first offense; and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($2,000 bond). Travis William Duke, 24, of Bushnell, FL, on July 6, was arrested by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). He was transported by a CCSO deputy from the Sumter County Jail in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on the warrant. Kimberly Janine Spivey, 49, of Oklawaha, FL, on July 6, was arrested by the CCSO of a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of petit theft, third or subsequent offense (no bond). She was transported by a CCSO deputy from the Sumter County Jail in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on the warrant. Nathan Andrew Stewart, 20, of Inverness, on July 6, was arrested by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver (no bond). He was transported by a CCSO deputy from the Sumter County Jail in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in JUNE 28 Jacob Timothy Lolley, 40, of Crystal River, was charged with aggravated battery, using a deadly weapon (no bond). The report stated that a deputy went to a residence due to two 911 hangup calls to the agency. At the rear of the residence, the deputy found a woman "dazed and confused...stumbling around," who told him that she and Lolley had been arguing, when he hit her left temple with an aluminum baseball bat. The deputy noted there was "golf ball sized bump" and "minimal blood," to the woman's left temple . A witness, who lives on the property, told the deputy that Mr. Lolley and the woman had been drinking and arguing all day. JUNE 30 Joseph Allen Roberts, 28, of Inverness, was charged by the CCSO, June 30, with domestic battery, and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond). The victim told deputies that she and her children visited a relative. She said several people were hanging out and having drinks when Roberts became upset, for an unknown reason, as if a switch had been flipped, and became aggressive with her. She said she placed her children in a bedroom and locked herself in a bathroom, and Roberts picked the lock with a butter knife, which he slashed at her, causing "two minor cuts" to her left knee, according to the arrest report. JULY 4 Heather Dawn Chance, 20, of Inverness, was charged by the CCSO, July 4, with domestic battery (no bond). A out of state duo was arrested by the CCSO, July 4, during a traffic stop in Crystal River, about 8:10 am, at the intersection of W. Godfrey Ln. and S. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) due to the red Porche Cayenne vehicle they were traveling in matching the description of a stolen vehicle from Douglasville, Georgia. The vehicle was verified as being the stolen vehicle. Hana Abdul-Rahman Firdous, 26, of Adrian, Michigan, was the driver, and Jontei E. Simmons, 38, of Holland, Ohio, was the passenger. Both refused to exit the vehicle, and after 24 minutes, they were both physically removed from the vehicle by deputies. Both initially refused to identify themselves, but eventually they both did: Mr. Simmons inside the patrol vehicle, and Ms. Firdous at the detention facility. Ms. Firdous was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond), while Mr. Simmons was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). JUNE 30 Michael Walter Allen, 69, of Homosassa, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). He was arrested at the Homosassa Walmart store, after deputies were informed that he was inside the store after having been trespassed from the store on June 25, 2019. Davelle Susan Belcher, 47, of Homosassa, was charged with violation of condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond). John Lester Deidesheimer, 48, of Crystal River, who was already an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was additionally arrested on a Citrus County warrant for battery ($1,000 bond). J.D. Huffman, 64, of Cottondale, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and petit theft of less than $100 ($2,500 bond). He was arrested on the warrant at the Bay County Jail in Panama City, FL and transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility by a Citrus County deputy. Kevin Patrick Kelley, 36, of Inverness, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($1,000 bond). James Paul Laukshtein, Jr., 19, of Inverness, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 ($500 bond). April Marie Mills, 33, of Inverness, was charged with burglary of a structure ($5,000 bond). Ms. Mills is accused of burglarizing an enclosed garage, used as a workshop, of an E. Hayes St., Inverness residence. Entry had been made into the garage by way of a side window that contained a window air conditioning unit, which had been forced open, and Ms. Mills' fingerprints were found on the window. Items reported stolen included a Samsung cellular telephone, a Koss radio in a wood grain box, and an Apple iPod Classic electronic tablet, with a combined value of $425. Aaron Michael Priore, 43, of Lecanto, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond). Kaylyn Ryan Wilkes, 27, of Ocala, was charged with disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond). Around 2:10 am, Ms. Wilkes is accused of wandering around several front yards on Oak Knoll St. in Beverly Hills, yelling, and when her friends arrived to pick her up, the report stated,"She pushed them away and screamed at them for several minutes," and also refused to identify herself to a deputy. Nicholas Michael Wilson, 29, of Beverly Hills, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond). CITRUS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE ARRESTS Citrus County Detention Facility JUNE 29 Ashley Nicole Cannon, 20, of Homosassa, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). Jonathan Moses Disanza, 38, of Floral City, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond). He was arrested during a traffic stop in Floral City, on US Hwy. 41, at E. Kabrich Ln., due to a vehicle traveling 51 mph in a 40 mph speed zone. The officer issued the driver a written warning. The driver gave permission for the vehicle to be searched. In the area where passenger Disanza had been sitting, deputies found 2.6 grams of methamphetamine and 0.6 grams of fentanyl. Justin S. Kowalik, 40, of Riverside, CA, was charged with driving under the influence of a substance ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop in Beverly Hills at the intersection of W. Lemon St, and CR 491 (N. Lecanto Hwy.). The traffic stop was conducted due to the vehicle traveling 97 mph. Mr. Kowalik, the driver, appeared to be unsteady on this feet, and his driver's license had been suspended. He submitted to roadside sobriety testing, performed poorly, and was taken into custody. At the detention facility, the report stated, he refused to comply with breath alcohol testing. He was also issued a DUI traffic citation with a mandatory hearing at the Citrus County Courthouse on July 23, and a traffic citation for driving with a suspended driver's license. Ken Curtis Loung, 54, of Homosassa, was charged with possession of controlled substance, felony petit theft, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($5,000 bond). He's accused of removing an electric hair trimmer from its packaging at the Inverness Walmart store, placing it inside his pocket, and then exiting the store without paying for the item, valued at $13.32, which was returned to the store. Upon his arrest, Mr. Loung was found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana (less than 20 grams). Mr. Loung was charged with felony retail theft due to his nine previous theft convictions on the following dates: May 18 and July 17, 2000; Feb. 20, 2002, March 5, 2003, June 14, 2004, Oct. 5, 2005, July 22, 2009; and March 7 and June 11, 2012. Monika J. Maciborek, 34, of Crystal River, was charged with battery ($500 bond). Jesse Thomas Martin, 33, of Floral City, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and trespassing in an occupied structure ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that just a few hours previously, Mr. Martin had been trespassed from the Central Motel, located at 721 South U.S. Hwy. 41, in Inverness, and had returned to Room 10 at the motel. The report stated that he sat in the rear of the deputy's patrol vehicle, but refused to place his feet inside it, and the deputy had to place them inside the vehicle, himself. Shon Melvin Morrow, 47, of Lecanto, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for burglary ($10,000 bond) and was transported from the Hernando County Detention Center in Brooksville to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto. Tobie Nicole Parham, 24, of Crystal River, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). John Graydon Pendergast, 35, of Crystal River, was arrested on a warrant for petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($1,000 bond). Kayci Marie Wallace, 29, of Dunnellon, was charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and child neglect without causing great bodily harm ($3,500 bond). CITRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE JUNE 26 Rachael Carrabotta, 37, of Inverness, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and credit card fraud ($4,000 bond). Her arrest is the result of an investigation into a theft that was reported to the agency, May 29. Ms. Carrabotta is accused of stealing the victim's cell phone and company credit card, a MasterCard, and using the credit card to make 12 fraudulent purchases, totaling approximately $1,299.17, over a two-day period. The arrest report stated there is sufficient evidence to prove that Ms. Carabotta is the person who made the purchases. According to the arrest report, the victim told a deputy that Ms. Carrabotta is a "lying manipulative person," whom he wanted to pursue criminal charges against, "to the fullest extent." Lance Alan Clothier-De La Cruz, 31, of Homosassa, was charged with domestic battery (no bond). Billy Joe Roseberry, 35, of Homosassa, was arrested on 2 warrants for trespassing after warning ($2,000 bond).
